Our brief stay in 'The Jockey Room' fulfilled all the criteria. A very convenient bolthole following an event Peckforton Castle. Sue recommended a friendly and efficient taxi company to take us there and back, cosy surroundings on our return in the evening and the ingredients for a good breakfast this morning. Thank you.

A really lovely place, perfect for a few days in Chester. Although a garden room it felt private and had everything you would need. Fantastic location, just a short walk to thd city centre and close to the zoo. Would definitely recommend.

Tom and Lucinda's airbnb was perfect for our stay, whilst visiting the area. It was absolutely faultless in terms of cleanliness and we really appreciated the fast responses before and during our stay from both hosts with any queries. Lucinda and Tom were very friendly, accomodating and nothing was too much trouble. Stunning views and peaceful. Attention to detail was great and we loved the token gestures and extras. The place was cosy at night too. If anything the photos don't do it justice, it was even more lovely and spacious than we expected! The children enjoyed the family games and the hot tub was a great temperature too. We wished we were staying for more than one night and would definitely come back. Highly recommend! Thank you! 😀

This property is just amazing. Beautifully furnished and laid out it really is a special find. Exceptionally comfy beds and the copper bath and jacuzzi are pure bliss and do a superb job of soothing tired achy muscles. All very private and secluded but owners are next to it on main house. Had a lovely chat with Rebecca . Would 100 % love to stay again in fact I loved it so much I added another night this time 👍

We had a lovely stay at the guesthouse. It was easy to find, had a lovely private garden and was nice and modern. It was located in a very convenient place close to the outlets and Chester zoo. Tom was responsive to all messages. Thanks.

The accommodation was pure class and no scrimping on the fixtures and fittings especially the uber comfy bed. We had been to Nantwich before and used air B&B but this time it was far superior, no hesitation in going back or to recommend this accommodation to friends or family or anyone asking for places to stay. Good luck with all your bookings Sarah long may you keep hosting. Loved that Sarah was a fellow Virgo, ( they are such perfectionists) just wished we lived nearer to visit more often for that village style break that we were so lucky to enjoy this weekend. What can i say!!.. this place was amazing. We have 15month baby and Zoe had left a play mat with toys appropriate for her age. Along with her own bowl/plate set a sticker book. Totally understood what a stressful time it can be with a little one and had thought of everything the place was well equipped. We were even left eggs from her chickens that you see roaming around along with peacocks. Our daughter especially enjoyed this. Its location was perfect to travel to travel to different places. Would definitely recommend. :-) xx

If you are attending a Delamere Forest concert and needing somewhere walking distance …. This is the place! In fact, if you are looking for somewhere that’s peaceful, stunning and an environment to stop and be present …. Claire & Nick’s place is for sure the one! Beautiful, clean .. everything exactly ‘what’s said on the tin’ super comfy bed and lovely amenities. We will be back ❤️❤️

Lovely stay at Adam’s home. Really clean and tidy and left lots of breakfast bits which was a lovely touch!

Comms with Claire were quick, friendly and helpful. A superb “welcome” email with excellent directions, tips for days out and places to eat, and instructions for the property security gate and key location. The Lodge itself is beautiful. Very light and airy, extremely well thought out in terms of layout, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The shower was lovely and hot, the bed comfy, and the kitchen extremely well equipped. The weather was quite warm so the large fan provided was very welcome. There is also a lovely log burner which I can imagine would make the place feel cosy and warm in colder months. I can highly recommend this host and this property and Claire as a host. 10/10 - thank you so much!

Easy to check in and out and enjoyed my stay and everything I needed was there. Was very clean and spacious room and comfortable

Stayed a few times now and had zero issues. Whenever i know i am in the area, i look for Dawns properties first as i know everything will be spot on.

We had a fantastic stay, enjoyed the house and all it had to offer! Beautiful house and surroundings! Had a lovely relaxing break, house had everything you needed and lots of little extras which made the stay very easy! Hosts were fantastic and we all felt very welcomed! Will definitely be back.
