We were looking for somewhere in the New Forest area to celebrate our wedding anniversary with family. This house was perfect for us all, 8 adults and 5 grandchildren. The house is in a beautiful, quiet location which is exactly what we wanted. The house has everything you need and more, fully fitted kitchen with massive island and dinning table. All rooms were spotless as well as the many toilets and bathrooms. We stayed in the master bedroom which is very tastefully decorated. The swimming pool was a big bonus, perfect size and depth for our Grandchildren and very warm. It also had a padlocked gate to keep the little ones out when playing in the garden. Our host Katie was brilliant from start to finish keeping us updated on the stay and very responsive to messages. She provided a welcome food pack of sausages, bacon, bread and essentials which was really appreciated. Katie even took the time to let our grandchildren help her feed her horses. Can’t wait to return!

We stayed at Sam’s place to celebrate my husbands birthday. From the start Sam was responsive, friendly, answered questions and gave some fab advice. When I made a request she did everything she could to make it happen. The caravan itself is in a lovely peaceful part of the park with easy walking distance to the woods for the dog to have a run and also to the beach where we wandered to the pub and then back for an ice cream. Sam clearly explained how everything worked, where everything was & what she was doing to make things perfect for her guests. Her guide for things to do was really helpful so our days were filled and never dull. I would call this caravan a proper family home, it does everything it’s suppose to so you can just relax and enjoy your holiday. When I had some sad family news, Sam went out of her way to make sure we were ok and that we didn’t need to rush out the caravan on check out, so if you want a proper family home from home that does what it says - visit here! 🩷

This is our second time staying in this lovely caravan. It’s always pristine and lovely. I always felt like a home away from home there. The bedrooms are a good size and the extra full bathroom is a definite plus! I’d highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay , i had a special birthday so got the family together . The house is so well equipped to high standard. The pool is brilliant nice temperature and big enough to feel like your doing your lengths in exercise, brilliant setting to sit round. Can't find anything bad to say about the place Nice kid's area with swings and trampoline.

location was absolutely perfect for a relax and a decent walk everyday, we paddle boarded up the coast both ways and the scenery was stunning and finished most days with a swim in the pool. if you're after a close too everything place too stay this isn't the place for you but if you're looking for a break away from the world then this will tick all your boxes 🤗

We had a blissful few days at Flint cottage. Wonderful kitchen to cook in, and multiple fabulous farm shops nearby. We ordered a heat and eat pie and a DIY breakfast pack for our first night, which made the start of the holiday so much more chilled out. The outdoor bath was also really special. We were so comfortable throughout we just relaxed completely. Can’t wait to come back!

The house is exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious. The whole house is very well maintained. The location is superb. Absolutely nothing to complain about. I would thoroughly recommend it. Our hosts were very easy to contact and made sure we knew everything and had everything.

Gavin was really responsive to any queries we had and flexible with the check-in, which are qualities that really stand out in a host as anyone travelling with 2 toddlers can appreciate !

The house is in a great location and neighborhood, beautiful views of the sea with the beach a 5 minute walk, there is even a lift down to the beach if needed. House was well equipped, very clean with clear instructions. Lots to do with great walks and shops nearby. Would highly recommend for a relaxing time in a very comfortable house with a great location!

This place was absolutely perfect for us. The grounds are huge and full of wildflowers, and with the children’s play area it kept everyone happy for a whole day. And the playroom and toys were much enjoyed. The main bedroom has a very comfortable bed, which was appreciated. The kitchen area is clean and compact, with enough equipment for our needs. Overall an excellent choice.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay on our way to Cornwall and the setting is just stunning. Our toddler enjoyed paddling in the stream and feeding the alpacas and our dog loved the freedom of being of the lead. Everything was clean and comfortable and it was great sitting and eating on the patio overlooking the garden and wildflowers. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, spotlessly clean house with modern furnishings and private driveway. Perfect location for visiting nearby attractions. Everything we could have needed was available in the house. Communication with Amanda through out the booking process and our stay was great. Highly recommend, there was nothing we could fault with our stay. Great property at a great price.

We had a delightful long weekend for a family group of 8. The accommodation was exactly what we needed, as it was spacious, beautifully presented and had everything that you needed. The bedrooms were very comfortable and attractive. We were lucky to have excellent weather so made full use of the outside space and gas BBQ that was provided. The property is so large we didn’t need to use the lounge or dinning room as we were comfortable in the kitchen lounge area. A great stay and we can highly recommend staying there as a good base for the surrounding areas and it was very private. We had great meals at the local Crown and Stapleton Arms. Lesley was very proactive in her communications and check in was very easy. A great time was had by all. Thanks Lesley.

What a wonderful cottage an amazing stay. The cottage was pristine and had everything you needed. I have to say the kitchen was superb a wonder to cook in. Karen is an amazing host she left little notes for me and my husband and Donald our dog got his own note with treats!! Peaceful surroundings and lovely local walks. Would strongly recommend a trip to Lulworth Cove and don’t forget your swimsuit!! We will definitely be back in the near future. Thank you so much Karen for a truly wonderful stay x

Another faultless stay at Nick & Sharon’s lovely annexe. Never less than spotlessly clean throughout, kind and thoughtful touches in the kitchen and friendly helpful comms every time. Just a total pleasure to stay here. Top class Airbnb every time.

Echoing other reviews, this is an absolutely stunning place. I totally fell in love with it - so unique, full of character, beautifully done up, and with everything needed for a stay. Such fun being lulled to sleep by the sounds of the sea. Thanks for a truly fab stay.

My husband and I stayed here with my parents (and my Cockapoo!) We had the best time, the house was beautiful! The interior was gorgeous, it was actually better than the photos. The location is super quiet and in the middle of no where so make sure you take what you need as there is no such thing as 'nipping out'. The driveway itself takes 3.5 minutes by car :) We visited The Fox Pub for Fathers Dy and they do a lovey Sunday Roast. I would totally recommend this stay, Laura was great also, very quick to respond to any messages and really helpful.

The house was beautifully furnished and a quiet peaceful space to stay. Kitchen had all necessary equipment for self-catering. Tess had left some basic provisions which was very helpful. Sleeping area very comfortable with lovely views. Delightful garden. Would return.

Had a lovely two night stay. The place was quirky and charming, beds comfortable and Lucy was very responsive and helpful. The breakfast and treats she left was a lovely and thoughtful touch. Would recommend.

We were a party of 4 adults and one 9 month old baby and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stephen's cottage. It was so peaceful and and the garden is an absolute joy. If you are looking for a quiet country escape with excellent pub food just 2 minutes away and with access to the Dorset coast and countryside - then this could be what you are looking for. Wonderful stay at Ann's place. The house is modern, well equipped, cosy and clean. In the village so all amenities on your doorstep. The view is outstanding, large terrace and garden. We loved it, thank you.

We booked an extended stay while our house was undergoing some renovations. The amount of space was amazing. It allowed us both to work during our stay. Loved the gardens. There were quite a few people coming through the garden, which was fine, they were all friendly, but just as a note. Also the gardener turned up with no advance warning - although it is stated in the house guide that it is possible, it was not mentioned he would stay for 4 hours and then return two days later. So a good thing to be aware of, as you can opt to change the date of the gardeners visit. We had a great stay and loved the house. Location was very peaceful, but easy access to all Dorset has to offer.
