The bay of Geremeas, 3 km long, is certainly one of the most beautiful on the coast. The crystal clear sea immediately reaches a certain depth and the sand is white and a little coarse. The sand dunes that stand out behind the beach are certainly noteworthy. The apartment is available immediately. What makes the villa unique is its splendid elevated position, overlooking the beach and the calm sea below, offering a picturesque view and moments of pure relaxation. The modern and fully equipped kitchen features a four-burner induction stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, electric oven, 5kg washing machine, TV, and Wi-Fi. The living room offers a splendid sea view and opens onto an outdoor patio, also overlooking the sea, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing at sunset. Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large garden overlooking the beach and the sea. Access to the beach is private and direct via a staircase. The garden offers convenient parking for up to two or three cars. There is also a covered outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ideal for returning from the beach.
