Short stay with the Family. 2 Minutes by foot to the beach and there is also a playground for the kids. Great apartment with a nice terrass.

Everything was perfect, very kind and helpful hosts, the accommodation is located in a village 5 - 10 minutes by car from the sea in a beautiful and wild section of Sardinia. The house is very nice and welcoming.

A beautiful villa, only 1 minute away from a crystal blue beach. We absolutely loved our stay there and really want to go back another summer! Fabio was really nice and accommodating. It has everything you need and I really recommend his place. 10/10 :)

Tizania's place was the highlight of our stays in Sardegna. It's even better/nicer than shown in photos, has everything you need, and is in a great location for getting around the city. Very spacious, a comfy bed, and good cooking basics. The host was very communicative and helpful, too. We would stay here again if back in the area. Note: we parked in one of the nearby garages (10 euros/day)--we only made one loop looking for street parking but it was an immediate no-go, and navigation may have you go through a ZTL, so garage is highly recommended!

The house is beautiful and provides amenities for children, making it feel easy and at home. It's a big house situated in a peaceful neighborhood nearby the beach. Taty was amazing and very supportive all along! Very recommended and I'd definitely come back!

If you’re looking for an authentic experience off the beaten path, but a short drive to great beaches, superstores, and 30 minutes to Cagliari, then this is the place! A tranquil property with beautiful citrus tree groves (we picked lemons and oranges daily!), and a home filled with love and character, built by previous generations of Vittoria’s family. She and her sister were flexible with our check-in, met us personally, recommended a restaurant for dinner & where to shop the next day, and even took our sons in-hand to show them the gardens. Over the next few days, we drove <30 minutes to incredible beaches. Vittoria has some great recommendations. Kitchen well-stocked. Beds comfortable. My only watch-out is the stairs to the 2nd floor are a little rickety. For the young and/or the elderly, it may be a little challenging. The listing is correct - you need a car. For those renting, remember to get an international drivers license! Needed for many rental agencies.

Very nice view and the pool is big and beautiful. Very peaceful neighborhood. We chose a beach near Similus as our favorite. About 30 minutes to drive from the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!!

Very beautiful house, quiet. The location is conveniently located for exploring the region. The host and the person who takes care of the house are very responsive: we had a problem and it was resolved within 30 minutes. Excellent!

We really enjoyed our stay at the accommodation. A car is definitely needed. The small and nearby town of Pula is recommended. Beautiful and charming Italian atmosphere!

Such a lovely villa in a beautiful location with superb mountain views. We had a brilliant holiday with the whole family. The villa was very well appointed and comfortable, and the outside pool and seating areas were very welcome and well used. The children loved the tortoises and were enchanted by the nightly frog visits and chorus. We were within walking distance of the local restaurant and gelateria with lots of wonderful flavours. The beaches of Costa Rei and Maklas were very close, with soft white sand and crystal clear blue sea. Gian was a great host - really responsive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend the Villa for the perfect family holiday.

Very nice accommodation, from which the sea can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. The location in the holiday village is very quiet and beautiful, surrounded by pine trees, but you definitely need a car, which was already known at the time of booking (parking available in abundance). The kitchen was very well equipped (including. dishwasher) and the terrace is an absolute plus. The missing air conditioning did not bother us much (stay in early June) Would recommend the place.

We had a wonderful family stay in this very nice quiet house! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is stunning and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cupboards are very well stocked… you really feel at home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days. 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and had great tips for us to have a good stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

I really enjoyed my stay at Michele's apartment. The apartment was clean and tidy and it had everything you needed. You could park your car very well in front of it. Michele is very friendly and helpful. I found it incredibly nice to sit on the large balcony in the evening and watch the sun sink into the sea. There is even a sofa on the balcony where you can relax superbly. The surroundings offer very good hiking opportunities and beautiful beaches are also quickly accessible by car. I would love to come back.

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

The house is very quiet, super organized, nothing is missing. We had a great time, we like our privacy and we enjoyed it to the fullest here. The location is ideal for the beaches of Chia, 5 minutes from supermarkets, 30 minutes from other interesting destinations such as the ruins of Nora and the turtle recovery center. Simone is discreet and available. Highly recommend

Simone and Erika’s house is beautiful, spacious, clean, by the sea, big garden. A perfect relaxing place for holidays close to nice beaches. We would of like to have all the rules before arrival as there are quite a few and if you don’t follow all the rules you would get charged extra €€, i understand they need to put some rules but maybe for the next host better to send them before arrival. Great apartment with a small garden and a cozy balcony. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment also had everything else you need on vacation. It's hard to find the right words to describe the breathtaking atmosphere you experience in this incredible place. Every hour of the day offers different colors and sensations. The property is wonderful and well cared for in every respect: the garden is full of different plants and flowers, the sea view is unparalleled, the BBQ is exciting, the apartment is very clean, perfect and equipped with every comfort, it is like being at home... but in a beautiful and unique place. Peace is total, it is the exact place to be able to disconnect and enjoy a few days of total relaxation. The nearby beaches are all incredible and easily accessible. Do you have a dog? This accommodation is perfect for you! The main advantage, however, is another: Alessandra and Maurizio were two available, caring and kind hosts: it was a pleasure to meet them. We look forward to coming back!
