Apartment holiday rentals in Chiaia, Napoli

We had a wonderful stay at Alessandra's apartment. The kitchen is even more beautiful than in the photos - full of light, with windows and doors that open out onto a sunny terrace. The apartment is also extremely well-stocked. We cooked at home (there's a great grocery store next door), and had access to every utensil and appliance we needed. Alessandra gave us lots of local recommendations, and we enjoyed the proximity of the metro, the serenity of the neighborhood, and the view of the sea just a three-minute walk away. This place is an absolute gem!

Gabriella was an amazing host! She made us feel very welcomed and at home . From the start when she met us outside and showed us the way to where we were staying , she kindly left us yummy snacks and the apartment was extremely clean. The Airbnb was in an amazing location for Napoli, very walkable and so many great places to eat. Gabriella was extremely responsive and helpful. Would stay here again 100%!

Une expérience inoubliable dans un appartement parfaitement situé en plein cœur de la ville, et pourtant… d’un calme incroyable ! On entendrait une mouche voler. Tout était conforme, soigné, impeccablement propre, et la literie est un véritable cocon de confort — difficile de sortir du lit le matin 😄 Mais le vrai coup de cœur ? Roberta. Une hôte comme on en rêve : réactive (réponses en moins de 5 minutes !), bienveillante, pleine de conseils ultra utiles pour découvrir les coins secrets, manger comme un local, et profiter à fond de la ville. Franchement, ne pas aller chez vous serait une grave erreur ! Ce séjour a été exceptionnel à tous points de vue. Jamais eu une telle expérience sur Airbnb. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Antonio. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend - Antonio war jederzeit schnell erreichbar, hat sich proaktiv gemeldet und sehr hilfreiche Anweisungen gegeben, wie man die Unterkunft findet. Das Apartment selbst war wunderschön, sehr geräumig und absolut sauber. Alles war genau wie beschrieben und vollständig vorhanden. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Ich kann den Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

I really enjoyed the Arts & Culture here. It is right in the medieval town, Metro is 5 minute walk Taxis are right in front of you across the main road. Convenient food store is right there! Clean, spacious brand new place. I CANNOT write anything negative. only thing Napoli Beach is not walking along the Beach town! There is a place you can swim in the water, it is not at all a tropical beach with a Promenade

This was such a quaint place to stay—you would have NO idea there was such busy streets surrounding this location (busy in the best possible way) because the condo keeps the noise out. There was loads of restaurants nearby, a short 30 min walk to city centre (although my sister and I actually preferred this area more), and close enough to train stations to get to Pompei. The condo was clean, had extra linens, coffee maker, even toiletries! The terrace was so lovely, and even though there is lights around the building you could still see the stars at night. Giulio was friendly, responsive, detailed, approachable and provided everything he said he would. His host book was so helpful, and when we had questions he was more than happy to provide answers in a timely fashion. 10/10 recommend coming back here 🤍

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung, ausgestattet mit allem, was wir brauchten. Besonders hat uns die große Terrasse gefallen, die wir gerne für die Mahlzeiten und abends genutzt haben. Die Lage war zentral, mit vielen Geschäften, Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Auf Wünsche, wie ein zusätzliches Laken oder die Bestellung eines Taxis zum Flughafen, wurde schnell eingegangen. Auf unsere Nachrichten wurde auch immer schnell reagiert. Vielen Dank dafür!

I can only agree with the previous, positive reviews. The apartment is super nice and well located, with two metro stations and bus stops nearby. The best part is that you can walk to Mappatella Beach in just a few minutes. I felt very comfortable in this accommodation because you could clearly feel that Vincenzo puts a lot of effort into it. The apartment isn't a bare hotel room, but is beautifully and practically furnished. Vincenzo is an excellent host, and I highly recommend being his guest. This also applies to his excellent restaurant Cap'alice, where I had the best meal of my stay. Grazie mille per la tua ospitalità, Vincenzo! A tip for women traveling alone: ​​I especially recommend this accommodation. The area is much safer than accommodations in the city center (I had that too, which is why I made the comparison). And it's very nice to know that you have a host who cares about your safety and your comfort.

지금까지 이용해 본 에어비앤비 숙소 중 가장 좋았어요. 호스트인 Corrado는 매우 친절한 사람이였어요. 그는 우리를 약속장소에 마중나와 숙소까지 친절하게 안내해 주었어요. 숙소는 3층이라 엘레베이터가 없는데 그가 우리의 무거운 캐리어를 들어주었습니다. 그리고 집을 하나하나 매우 친절하게 안내해 주었으며, 웰컴 와인과 필요한 물도 제공해 주었어요. 그리고 그는 나폴리 가이드 및 숙소 내에서 필요한 것들을 편하게 물어보라고 친절하게 알려주었어요. 나가는 날에도 그는 우리가 말한 체크아웃 시간에 맞춰 나중나와 주었고 우리의 짐을 들어주었어요. Corrado는 우리가 정말 나폴리에서 행복한 기억을 만들고 갔으면 하는 것 같아요. 그의 친절함과 따스함은 우리 마음에 계속 남을 것이며, 덕분에 나폴리에서 좋은 추억을 가지고 갈 수 있었습니다.

Francesca helped us out during our stay and she was very responsive and helpful. The instructions given were very detailed and made things very easy. The entire place is updated, clean and very beautiful. The neighborhood was very lively and fun but quieted down at night. Its in a great location and there is lots to do and see. My family enjoyed our stay and loved our time in Naples. Thank you Antonio for letting us stay at your place.

This place is a gem! It was up a hill, which was actually nice for some exercise and also it was quiet up there! Close enough to walk everywhere without the hustle bustle noise We tried Sadik’s recs and there were all great He communicated with us through the trip and even helped us with transportation

El departamento de Salvatore es aún más lindo que las fotos publicadas, grande, luminoso, limpio, funcional y muy cómodo!!! Está cerca de todas las cosas para ver en Nápoles. Te esperan con un par de aguas bien frescas, que en esta época de calor fueron muy apreciadas por nosotros. Si vas en la Metro podes bajar en Municipio o Toledo, desde Toledo son 150 mts más pero es más cómodo si venis con valijas grandes, ya que es recto y ancho el camino !! Estamos muy conformes y recomendamos el Peperoncino!!!!

The apartment was exactly as described and in the perfect location. It is the perfect location, near to public transport, and in walkable distance to many shops and restaurants. I highly recommend to anyone wishing to explore Naples and other surrounding areas.

This was our first visit to Napoli and we were looking for a central location. This apartment in an historic building situated in a peacful, picturesqe square, with a few bars and suited our needs perfectly. Antonio was good with communication throughout our planning and arrival/check-in. Upon arrival, we were met by Antonio and had the added convenience of early check-in. The apartment is historic, stylish, spacious and comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. It's central and most things are within easy walking distance. As long as you don't have too much luggage, we would recommend using the Alibus @ 5E p/p e/w to/from the airport (stop is only a 12 minute walk away). We appreciated a late check-out. The only thing missing for us, was a smart tv/streaming access, since we enjoy flopping to wach something after a busy day seeing the sights, but this wasn't really a problem. All in all, a perfect base for a lovely holiday in Naples and we'd love to return again some day.

What an incredible experience! Claudio was so responsive, so welcoming, and overall an amazing host! He waited to meet us outside the apartment - super clear instructions. Showed us around and made sure we were settled with everything we needed to know about the place. He proceeded to give us great recommendations for things to do, restaurants, and other local tips 😊 The apartment was supplied with all the basic needs for us. Location was excellent- super walkable, restaurants, shops right outside the apartment. Tourist sights like the Royal Palace and Plaza Plebesito are 15min away and the metro station was also very close. Highly recommend this spot for those who want a true local Naples experience. We enjoyed opening the window and listening to the bustling street below, people watching, and taking it all in. We would love to have the opportunity to go back someday! This place was perfect. It is a beautiful, well-maintained, and comfortable home, with stunning views of the sea from the house and from patios on several levels. It's located in one of the quieter towns on the Amalfi Coast (a big plus! no tourist crush!) but close to both Positano and Amalfi. The home is managed by the Hotel Margarita, a short walk down the street, and its fabulous, helpful, kind staff. They are what made this place truly special. They were in the parking lot to greet us when we arrived and brought our luggage from our car into the unit (vice versa after we checked out). This was important because there are several flights of stairs from the street leading down to the unit. They helped us figure out the best way to get to the places we wanted to see on the coast (transportation on the crowded coast is not easy, so their help was invaluable). They offered special meals and medical help when one member of our party got sick. Their service was exceptional!

The apartment is very well situated and feels very spacious (more so than the photos). The pool was a lovely plus and the balcony was lovely in the afternoon. Would definitely stay here again!

Compact but perfectly formed apartment in a great location. It has everything you need for your stay. The Castle surroundings are fantastic, the pool was lovely. Beautiful sea view from your bed! Well kept gardens and public spaces. It’s in a great location, we walked everywhere to restaurants and the beach, and it was easy to explore. Giuseppe gave us lots of fantastic recommendations including Gabrieles - for the best gelato and brioche! Vico Equense has a village feel with everything you and a great location to explore all this coast has to offer, with easy access to the train station. Highly recommended!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Villa Rosita! The space is a little smaller than the pictures made it appear, however it was all the room we needed for our time in Positano. The balcony views were beautiful and everything was nice and clean. We were even given some homemade limoncello to enjoy during our stay. The pull-out sofa bed was comfortable and Rosita and Jess were very responsive with any questions we had while we were there. Just a heads up, if you are planning on walking rather than taking the taxi or bus, the condo is very high up on the cliff and there are lots of stairs to get down into town and to many of the restaurants, and back. We ended up walking down most of the time but figured out the local bus to get a ride back up. Overall, we had a great time in Positano and are thankful to have had Villa Rosita to come back to at the end of the day!

This home is a nod back to what Airbnb used to be when it was first launched - staying in someone's home, not renting from a cookie cutter business with dozens of listings. Virginia and her son were extremely responsive and welcoming offering tons of information, tours, and transport to/from the Airbnb. The space is homey and comfortable and you can tell it's where a family lived and loved their lives. It also has bug screens on the windows and doors which is an amazing help when you want fresh air but not visitors. :) The location is great, just a few minute's walk from the old town, so easy access but not in the middle of the busy area. Tons of great restaurants around and easy access to the train and buses around the area. The only thing that would have made it better is a better Aircon in the 2nd bedroom and more/better fans. The portable unit struggled with the heat and only one slow fan was not really enough but we made it work. I'm sure they'd have provided another if asked.

We had a great time in Furore! It's a great home base if you're planning to visit Amalfi, Positano, and Ravello like we did. We just wish we'd stayed longer so we could have explored more places! Paola's place is about 20-30 minutes drive from Amalfi where you can park, explore, and ferry to different cities along the coast. Paola and her sisters are wonderful hosts who made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Paola, in particular, went above and beyond to help us catch a gecko in our apartment on night 1 (this was a funny experience) and make us dinner reservations for our final night. I'm glad we chose Furore because it's a quiet community with lots of DELICIOUS restaurants nearby and there's also a lemon farm nearby that serves a wonderful breakfast. We will definitely stay here again!

Enorm leuke week gehad! Gewandeld in de omgeving. Met de bus is er een directe connectie naar napels en caserta. Genoten van het zwembad en het eten! Bedankt!
