The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

Located at the gates of Mercantour Park, you'll have access to many hikes such as the GR20, ski resorts and beautiful forests nearby. The family-owned orchards and rich vegetation are the ideal place for naps and walks where you can rediscover contact with nature. The apartment is on the ground floor of a recently renovated semi-detached house. A small space is available on site for the storage of any bicycles.

Eleonora's house is tastefully furnished and ideal for accommodating families (a baby cot and a changing table can be added on request). It is spread over two floors and has a large, open-plan kitchen that guests can use. It has a large terrace, a garden and a lawn where a swimming pool is placed in summer. You can easily park your car. It is in a very quiet and sunny area, but convenient to services.
