Farmhouse with pool by the Adriatic coast

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.

This antique, tiny, cozy and calm little house, belonged - indeed - to zia Maddalena, has been totally renewed and it's located at around one-hundred meters form the historic center of the wonderful village of Civitanova del Sannio. It is composed by a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom with a double-bed and a day-bed, a smaller bedroom with a one-place bed and a bathroom with a shower. Il Melograno House: lavender, views and beaches

We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

Stunning cottage surrounded by nature

Located 6 km from the center of Agnone, near the 'Ancient Copper Foundries' and the 'Cascate del Verrino', this beautiful country house is part of a large property located in the GREEN wonderful nature of Up per Molise, next to a river and inside a beautiful wood. It can accommodate six people, with EXCLUSIVE USE of the entire property and the pool. Your pets are welcome. In the property there are cats. The presence of a bridge, quite close to the house, is not so disturbing.

Charming apartment, recently renovated with prestigious materials. Stone portal, vaulted ceilings and wooden details make its spaces warm and welcoming. Structured on two levels. On the first floor a large living area (kitchen, dining area and living room), a bedroom with two beds, and a spacious bathroom with shower. The double bedroom is located on the lower floor, with vaulted stone ceiling and with direct access to the court located at the foot of the village.

La Masseria

Live an authentic experience in an unspoiled rural place! La Masseria is an old farmhouse hidden in a peaceful secular olive grove overlooking Mount Maiella. Set high on a hill it is away from it all but it is only 3km from Tocco da Casauria village, 5km from the highway, 45km from the main local town Pescara. Experience the rural spirit of the interiors, relax under the shade of a hundred olive trees or head off to discover the best of the surroundings.

Villa Afrodite

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
