Best location A beautifully renovated old house with a very cool breeze blowing through each room and living room, while smelling of the sea. The sea is close, 5 minutes. The supermarket is close, 2 minutes. Full support for sea leisure When you come back from the beach, 1. You can wash your tent and cooler box at the parking lot showers. 2. You can wash your whole body in the beautiful outdoor hot water shower. Shampoo, body soap, and conditioner are available. 3. If you wash and dry your swimsuit, it will be dry the next morning. The water pressure, cleanliness, and flow line design are perfect. Killer Content: Shichirin BBQ If you prepare the ingredients, you can enjoy a BBQ in the large garden. While enjoying the scent and heat of charcoal, if you look up, you can smell the cool scent of the sea breeze and grass at sunset. We enjoyed the best seafood BBQ while drinking whiskey soda. Our villa is inconvenient to access by train, so I recommend coming by car. Passing through a narrow rice field road, there is a three-story house with a garden. There is Wi-Fi and a workspace on the 1st and 2nd floors, making it comfortable for long workations. We named it Balifornia because it was designed with Bali and California beach resorts in mind. There are no adjacent houses, so you can enjoy the outdoors with peace of mind! It is on the street, so there is some traffic during the day, but there are almost no cars at night, so it is a quiet private space. In addition to the living room, there are two twin rooms and one full room (two sofa beds). It can accommodate up to 8 guests. (One bed per person) We also refuse entry to more than 8 people. (Excluding infants, so please contact us about children!) If you break the rules, you will be asked to leave at the time of discovery and will not be refunded. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Pets are not allowed. As a general rule, we do not provide condiments for hygiene reasons, so please bring your own. We have been plagued by vandalism and loss of equipment by young people.
