Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

This 3 BR home is very open with tons of windows looking out on a private backyard with a fire pit and lots of birds and squirrels. Located minutes off of Dodge at 150th, it's close to Village Pointe and an easy drive to downtown Omaha and other attractions. You'll enjoy the entire main level and backyard but ... PLEASE NOTE: I will be in the basement during your stay accessing via the garage. My cat, Walter, may visit you in the backyard. Otherwise, he'll be in the basement with me.

Inviting Place To Call Home For A While

This is a lovely home, in a very family oriented neighborhood. The rooms are all good sized. My home has been freshly painted. I have the carpet cleaned, and also top to bottom, thorough cleaning done on a regular basis. I am not in the airbnb business. Two of my children live in Nebraska, everyone else is in NJ. So we go back and forth. Our home is located in Western Omaha, a very quiet area, yet within 20/30 minutes of everything. Including the zoo, downtown, and the outlets.

Our family of 4 enjoyed the stay at this beautiful historic home! Rod and Karen were so responsive and helpful. Our favorite part was the location and the ability to walk to a playground/park, and also to many bars and restaurants! The only thing I would note is that if you are 6ft, or taller, some of the features of the historic home can be challenging like the smaller doorways/bathrooms. Other than that, our stay was perfect! Would highly recommend this place to others staying in Elkhorn or surrounding areas.

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The host was amazing, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, making sure everything was perfect. The location was unbeatable, close to plenty of amenities, restaurants, and attractions, making it super convenient. The space itself was spotless, beautifully updated, and incredibly comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Jill is amazing. Words do not do this tiny cabin justice. While small it's surprisingly functional and tucked away in the forest area. All sorts of trails with several resting spots overlooking the Platte River. Cell phone service is hit and miss but I didn't care one minute. If you want to decompression, and just recharge, and get closer to God. this is the place for you
