Spend a relaxing time with a fire, BBQ, and waterfall sauna at Hayasume no Sato, a 150-year-old house

5 minutes from Tsuru Interchange on the Chuo Expressway. 10 minutes by taxi from Tsuru City Station. It is an old house built 150 years ago, surrounded by quiet countryside. It was built in the late Edo period. When you arrive, please look up at the ceiling in the building. You'll notice the beams were carved out of logs by hand using a hatchet. This area was once called "Hayasumi no sho". Tsuru City is a city of abundant water from Mt. Fuji. In the garden, there is a waterfall that draws water from the Natsukari district over the mountain pass. The ground of the campfire space is embedded with the remains of processed lava that governed the distribution of water from the Yamamura Dam, built during the Edo period. You can enjoy a campfire and BBQ while looking at the waterfall, and the starry sky when the weather is clear. Rest your wings slowly in a space where the sound of the clear stream, the flames of the campfire, and the sound of the wood are woven together. This facility is operated by the "NPO Sustainable County Regional Development Study Group", which is a group of volunteers living in the county (eastern Fuji Goko region). Management is carried out by Little Tree Co., Ltd., which utilizes forest resources in Kosuge Village and Doji Village.

This is a private container house on the shore of Lake Gyokudō, a beautiful lake in Suefuno, Chichibu. We connected a 20 ft container and a 12 ft container with an outdoor living room. Limited to one group, so you can enjoy with peace of mind. We reuse containers that were actually used at sea, so you can feel the authentic taste and romance. The site is 250 tsubo, so it's okay to bring a tent. Barbecues and fires are allowed on the premises. You can enjoy a barbecue over a direct fire. We also have a tent sauna, drum can bath, firewood cutting experience, row boat, etc. Please let me know if you have any requests. You can go down to the shore of Lake Gyokudoyo from the premises. We have a rental plan that can accommodate up to 11 people for the entire inn. This is a private lodging facility that the owner renovated himself by hand, with a 50-80 year old traditional house. In recent years, the hostel has been popular as a filming spot, and is located on the front approach to Chichibu Shrine (Banba Street), which is dotted with Showa-era retro buildings. The nearest station, Miyahata station, and Chichibu Shrine are both within a 3-minute walk. On the first floor, there is also the official tap bar for Chichibu barley beer, and Mahoro Bar, which offers a variety of regional craft beers and snacks such as homemade Musashibuta sausages, and Kuchina Salve, a famous restaurant serving Italian cuisine made with local Chichibu ingredients. The chef grows vegetables, harvests wheat, and takes care of chickens, all with a commitment to organic. A restaurant where you can not only enjoy the food, but also experience the story of the ingredients. Located just over an hour's drive from the city, the accommodation “Shidamura no Hanare” is surrounded by the tranquil scenery of a nature-rich satoyama area.We named "Shimomura no Hanare" after our family's business name. The accommodation can be separated from a compact but private space, and you can enjoy the scenery of the four seasons from the garden room.In this area, cars were not yet popular in the early Showa period, and mainly horses, cows, goats, chickens, etc. were raised and lived in horse shops.There is a renovated horse house on our property, making it a quaint space.The horse house is also a private space for guests.Children are welcome, up to one small dog is ok.
