Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Chiconcuac

Definitely one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in Cuernavaca! I’m a rather picky traveler when it comes to comfort, and this apartment met my expectations 100%. It’s a very clean, modern space with everything you could wish for — comfortable beds, a fridge with an ice maker, a fully equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms, a BBQ area, a large terrace, and a pool with a bar, just to name a few. A special thanks to Jorge, an amazing host —very polite and attentive, always ready to help or answer any questions. I’ll definitely be back!

All the fractionation and apartment is as you see it in photos, the amenities of the fractionation very nice and in excellent condition. Just commenting that the AC in a bedroom does not work. From there to more everything perfect!

The house is very spacious, as seen in the photos, clean and with many options to enjoy it: games for children, a very well-kept garden to play with pets, a good-sized pool and spacious areas. César was always attentive and very willing to support us and clarify our doubts; Mrs. Santa welcomed us with snacks and fresh water, and helped us with the preparation of food and organization of everything we brought to the kitchen during the weekend. We hope to return soon.

The house is very spacious and has everything you need to enjoy a fun and relaxed weekend with friends and family. Juan, the manager, was always attentive to our needs. My friends and I would definitely stay at this house again.

We were 18 people, Fami to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. We had an unforgettable weekend. The house is on a hill, it has a very nice view. The people who receive you, for that extra that you pay for the service, it's worth it. Very attentive, helpful. They are there to take care of the place and collaborate and facilitate. There are two sections in the distribution of the bedrooms. Two inside the house, each are independent with their own bathroom. Behind the house in the garden, they adapted an extension of the house that overlooks the garden. Bedrooms for visitors. They practically share a bathroom in pairs. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Just accommodate, distribute to people. It can be locked every time it is occupied. And inside the house, they have an extra room with two bunk beds and a full bathroom, which can be used for the service or for two young people. The extra pool service is worth paying for. A dream for those who like hot water. Christmas fam!!♥️

Excellent attention from the hosts , there were some inconveniences, but they helped us fix them quickly, we had a very pleasant time, we returned to the first opportunity.

Our experience in this accommodation was generally very good. We went with the family, more than 16 people, including infants, children, older adults and two dogs, and the place suited our needs quite well. Despite the maintenance details, our experience was positive thanks to José's attention and the place is well thought out for large groups. With some upgrades, this place could be great. We recommend it if you are looking for a spacious space, with a good atmosphere and staff willingness to help you, as well as the hostess is super accessible at both check-in and check-out. We would stay again as the place lends itself to a more noisey environment, something that many accommodations do not allow.

Thank you very much Hector for always being attentive during our stay in the apartment. We loved it, everything was as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably. We would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!

The apartment is an excellent option to spend several days with family and/or friends. Christian was always very flexible and was attentive to our stay. The subdivision is luxurious and you can do any activity safely. For those who like to swim, the pool is very large and has everything you need to spend a whole day in it. In general, we liked it a lot and we plan to return soon.
