There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

The Berryhills invite you to spend a night, a weekend, or a week in this cozy, slightly rustic, guest room at their barn/house residence 15 miles south of town. A private entrance leads to Shalom Suite with one queen bed and a sleeper sofa. A coffee pot, microwave, and mini-fridge are included. The wide, shallow stairs make for easy access to the room. The full bath is on the entry-level of the building. There is a large pond, fire pit, picnic table, game area and playground on site.
