The apartment is located on top of a hill, not far from the center and normal amenities (5 minutes from the Civitanova Marche toll booth). On the one hand, this location allows a classic situation of country accommodations, such as calm and tranquility, but on the other, it is not totally isolated. In fact, we are halfway up the road that connects two villages a few hundred meters away. The height also gives the guest a spectacular view of the surrounding landscape.

I stayed a weekend with two friends of mine and we had a great time! Clean, tidy, well-stocked apartment (the only flaw was the lack of hand soap). Very quiet area and just a few minutes from the sea. Easy to find, great place for parking too. Super helpful host ready to help you. We will definitely be back!!

Maria was always present and active in satisfying our every request. cordial and pleasant person, exquisite is an understatement, we had the privacy and tranquility we were looking for. clean and tidy accommodation, we found everything and even more... like at home. We're leaving with a nice memory and will be back as soon as possible.

We had a lot of traffic jams and only arrived at the accommodation around midnight. Finding the right way to the house was not made any easier by our navigation system. Thanks to the electronic check-in, everything else went smoothly. It is a unique, beautifully designed house where we immediately felt comfortable. Civitanova is only about 15 minutes' drive away. In Civitanova Alta, you can also walk into the old town in the evening to enjoy a freshly tapped beer, a mixed cocktail or an ice cream. The people are very friendly, open and helpful. On hot days, we also liked to go to the small pool in the evening to cool off a bit. The kitchen was well equipped, as well as the house as a whole. The air conditioning was very helpful as well. It was simply great to eat on the terrace in the morning and evening or just to relax on the loungers/deck chairs. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

My partner's parents had a great time. The place is clean, the location is ideal for getting around downtown. The apartment has very good fixtures that protect from the noise coming from the nightclub nearby.
