The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. È stato un piacere stare alla casa di Vincenzo e Tracy! Le due sono molto gentili e la casa e incredibile! La cucina e grandissima e le stanze sono aperte e grandissime. Anche in inverno c'è un forno pellet e è molto bello prendere un caffè nel sole alla terrazza o fare un barbecue abbruzzese. Ci vuole una macchina per fare escursioni e spese (per esempio la città di Atri e gli calanchi sono molto belli!). Grazie di tutto!

Het ontvangst was goed, Carmine gebruikt fijne hulpmiddelen om prettig te kunnen communiceren als je niet dezelfde taal spreekt. De ruimte en omgeving zijn prachtig.

Traumhaft schöne Lage in den Bergen, schöner Pool und gute funktionelle Einrichtung. Man muss sich nur im klaren sein, dass es ein sehr ruhiger Ort ist und man für Ausflüge oder Ähnliches min. 30 min bis 2 Stunden fahren muss was für uns aber völlig ok war. Angelo ist ein toller Gastgeber, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

We had a fantastic time,the cottage was beautiful,clean and had a great view. The cottage is beautifully restired, converted and tastefully decorated. Loredana was helpful, friendly and communicative. We didn't want to leave.

Appartamento davvero accogliente e pulito, in pieno centro a Pescara: la posizione è perfetta per muoversi a piedi e godersi la città. Il check-in è stato super semplice, con modalità di accesso pratiche e senza complicazioni. L’host si è dimostrato gentilissimo, molto disponibile e affidabile, oltre a essere flessibile con l’orario del checkout, cosa che ho apprezzato moltissimo. Consiglio assolutamente per chi cerca una soluzione comoda e senza stress nel cuore di Pescara.

We are still in awe! The place! The atmosphere there! The hosts! We would like to especially thank Gino & Teresa for being sooo welcoming and helpful and helping us have the real authentic Abruzzo experience! They gave us everything we needed for the baby. The place was totally private and only for us, could enjoy being by the pool and enjoy the view to the max. The house is also absolutely beautiful! So simplistic yet well equipped and spotlessly clean! Only felt that a console table of some sort was a bit missing from the entry (to put our keys and small bags and stuff), and also a small table by the pool would have been really handy 😄 Otherwise, really, everything was spot on perfect! It’s like a dream being there! And the outside kitchen area with real stone sink and barbecue area… fantastic! And ohh the donkeys! Our baby loved watching them ☺️ Definitely recommend the place & the hosts! Loved it!

Très belle propriété située au calme, spacieuse pouvant accueillir un grand groupe d amis ou famille. Très propre et à proximité de toutes les commodités. Une voiture est nécessaire pour pouvoir se deplacer. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Raffaella.

Ewa ist ein super Host! Sie hat uns alles gezeigt und bei allem sofort geholfen! Es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht in Pineto. Die Fahrräder waren sehr hilfreich (wir hatten später einen Mietwagen), weil Pineto die nächste Einkaufsgelegenheit ist. Danke!

Court séjour dans un beau et paisible village des abruzzes. La maison contient tout ce qu’il faut et le jardin avec piscine est très bien aménagé. Les propriétaires sont d adorables personnes qui possèdent également un restaurant dans le centre, que nous vous conseillons d essayer.

L’endroit est magnifique. L’appartement était très propres, bien entretenu et confortable. Les enfants ont adorés la piscine et la proximité avec les animaux.

- ottima struttura, dotata di tutti i servizi; il fatto che ogni stanza abbia il bagno en-suite è un plus notevole. - giardino grande disponibile con piscina ( nel mio caso, ad aprile, la piscina non era ancora disponibile) - posizione strategica per visitare parco nella majella e dintorni - staff gentile, disponibile, pro attivo e paziente. lieve Helenia en familie, We hebben veel plezier gehad bij jullie. het appartement op de begane grond is ruim en mooi. we waren verrast, omdat het veel mooier is dan op de foto's. we hebben veel genoten van de zitplaats buiten en de grote tuin. We zijn dankbaar voor de lekkere cake, eieren, wijn, pasta saus en ga zo maar door. Wat een lieve mensen zijn jullie. er moeten meer mensen zoals jullie bestaan. ik raad iedereen aan om hier te verblijven! Meer dan je geld waard. Liefs van ons.

Un'oasi di pace in una posizione incantevole; sul posto, prenotando, c'é la possibilità di fare una passeggiata a cavallo. Alloggio in ordine e pulito. Un gradevole soggiorno!!

We had a great stay in Ripa Teatina. The villa is exactly as it is in the listing, the pool is great and our 2 families had a lovely time. Frederico went above and beyond by purchasing a high chair for us especially after requesting shortly before our stay. Location was perfect for us, with nice restaurants and beach in Francavilla and a lovely pizza place in the village (short drive away)

Appartement très confortable, tranquille, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes autour. La présence de la chienne Elie est certainement un plus! Nous nous ennuyons déjà d’elle. Merci aux hôtes pour l’accueil, et les bonnes recommendations pour explorer les Abruzzes!

Jennifer è un host attenta ai particolari, una persona eccezionale con un gusto marcato, la casa era impeccabile, attenta nell’ arredamento che si sposa bene con la storia della casa. Insomma tutto super, dalla pulizia alla posizione, struttura consigliata al 100%, sicuramente torneremo 😍

Appartamento molto grande e dotato di tutto il necessario per adulti e bambini. Presente anche materiale medico in caso di necessità, ti senti a casa. Ospitalità con addirittura dolce di benvenuto. Grazie, ci torneremo sicuramente

It was very useful to have some little things at home that you can't find on a plane, also because you don't want to spend money for a few days. You were very kind and helpful! The location of your house is magical, you feel like in a real Italy, with great cafes and beautiful houses. I give you an 11 out of 10 :) We will definitely come back for a beautiful BBQ next year. We loved our stay at the apartment. Francesca was a very nice person and she even stored our cases for us for a couple of days , which we really appreciated. We loved the little treats she left for us and sitting on the little balcony and looking out to the beach was wonderful. We even swam a couple of times, as the ocean is just across the road. If we could give a higher score than 5 stars, we would! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per due notti e non posso che esprimere la mia piena soddisfazione! L’alloggio era pulito, ben curato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è ottima, la zona è ben servita. Un ringraziamento speciale ai padroni di casa: gentili, disponibili e sempre pronti a dare consigli utili sulla zona.
