Fire TV in the bedroom set up for streaming, and a DVD player. Satellite WiFi works well but occasionally glitches. Has been fine for guests working remote, but most are enjoying events or the outdoors:)

Our property sits just 15 minutes from Frenchman Lake, 25 minutes from Graeagle, and 30 minutes from Reno. Off- roading and horseback riding trails are just a few minutes away with access to hundreds of miles of trails. Horse Boarding- $40 per day (must provide hay) Trailer parking- $15 per day/trailer

The Top Story is a cozy and unique apartment located on the second floor of an early 20th century farmhouse. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen and seating area . Great space to unplug! This rustic farmhouse chic space is incredibly charming and authentic to the area; it also includes access to the front and backyard, sun soaked and full of flowers with an organic garden and seasonal pumpkin patch. Guests can star gaze while enjoying the fire pit or outside dining area.
