Excellent location, apartment equipped with everything you need, good sector, super friendly reception people, good hosts. I would only recommend paying a little more attention to cleaning and maintaining the apartment inside before delivering to the next guest, since some things/furniture are somewhat deteriorated. 100% recommended place to stay!

everything was excellent, we were able to check in and check out with flexible hours and that came barbarous with our flight schedule. She was super friendly and everything was described. if I go back to chile and it's available I would definitely come back

Excellent location, for walking around for those who like to explore the area. The apartment is comfortable for 5 or 6 people, with a large terrace for those sunny days.

Our experience was excellent!! The apartment and building exceeded our expectations, impeccable and very nice wherever we looked. In addition, the location is great, it is only two blocks from the Parque Arauco mall, a 5-star stay!!!

Very well located apartment, with many shops nearby. It is 1 minute from the subway, which made our commute much easier, we only requested an Uber once. The space has everything we could need and an incredible view. It was very worth it.

Second time I've stayed at Ave Lodge and I'd always come back! The hosts are super concerned about everything, even the details. The cabin is very comfortable, very well heated and comfortable in every way, I went with my 2 year old son and we had no problems. The view is wonderful! The beautiful and quiet environment to rest and disconnect. I recommend the breakfasts!

The apartment has great views and all the basic facilities, it was an enjoyable stay. The location was very good. It may be useful to know that you will need to buzz the reception from the street, then do a check-in with ID, and only then do the self check-in at the door of the apartment (the check-in instructions did not mention this).
