The noble townhouse is part of the building designed by famous Chilean architect Sergio Larrain 100 years ago. It belongs to Chilean cultural heritage and is protected by the state. For the past 18 years, the house has been owned by Chilean artist Francisco Bustamante, who’s artwork is inside. It has 3 floors, 3.5 meters high ceiling, elegant classic interiors, and 2 green terraces. No parties or smoking inside. To be accepted, a minimum of 5 positive reviews required from different hosts.

My house has an important heritage value as it has 100 years but perfectly maintained, comfortable and cosy, with a wood warming stove, high ceilings, beautiful views of the whole bay and harbour. With two terraces, a kitchen totally implemented and beautiful views from kitchen and dining room. We don’t have this house for business. It’s our beautiful place to escape from stress which we rent when we don’t go.
