MAISON DES LILAS

Located in a small quiet village in the south of Charente, you have a large modern and well-equipped accommodation (Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washing machine...) 3 bedrooms, one with a 160 bed with private bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs a mezzanine with 2 bedrooms (one with a 140 x 190 bed and the other a 120 x 190 bed) and a bathroom + a desk area You have a small enclosed courtyard with terrace in front of the accommodation. It has an Orange Livebox connected to fiber optics.

It has its own entrance, kitchen, dining and living room space with original stone Charantais fireplace and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
