located in a small quiet village in the south of Charente, you have a large modern and well-equipped accommodation (Oven ,Dishwasher Microwave M A Laver...)3 bedrooms including one with a 160 bed with private shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs a mezzanine with 2 bedrooms (one with a 140x190 bed and the other a 120x190 bed)and a bathroom+an office area A small enclosed courtyard with terrace in front of the accommodation. It has an Orange Livebox connected to fiber fiber optics.

Fancy a relaxing stay, telecommuting in the countryside? This 90 m2 house in the heart of the countryside allows everyone to relax, including your pets, thanks to its generous green spaces (unfenced) and its quiet environment. It offers all the comforts to facilitate your stay (Wi-Fi and fiber optic, equipped kitchen, washing machine, terrace, barbecue...). The little extras: your host practices traditional Chinese energy and the outdoor spa between June and September.

The house is surrounded by gardens, and, in front is the decked pool area with a lovely shaded space perfect for lazy days around the pool.
