Modern Mt. Baker - Glacier Cabin

Newly built, contemporary Mt. Baker Ski area cabin in great neighborhood. Enjoy a wood fire in the spacious, open concept living room/kitchen. This private, comfortable and cozy cabin is finished with quality materials and will make you want to come back again and again, we didn't want to leave. The bedroom features a king size memory foam bed that will remind you of a luxury hotel. The bathroom bathroom boasts a custom tile shower and heated floors to keep your feet cozy in the morning. In the kitchen, we chose all stainless steel appliances and have stocked it with quality cookware so you can cook your own gourmet meals. Or, you can go to one of the local bars/restaurants in the small town of Glacier, just up the road. In the living room, there is a wood stove that keeps the entire cabin super warm with minimal effort and for entertainment, there is a digital media player with tons of movies already loaded (or you can bring your own on a USB drive) and an ipod dock for music. In the summer, enjoy our large deck after a solid hike or mountain bike ride and if you have relatives with a camper, we have a perfect level parking spot with power and water. For additional guests, the couch folds into a very comfortable full size bed with all of the appropriate bedding. We do want to keep the guest number to 4 people so the place stays nice for everyone. There is a washer and drier for your laundry needs, as well as a drying rack by the wood stove for your mountain gear. in the winter, Glacier is great for downhill skiing, world class powder at Mt. Baker, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling. What people are discovering more and more, is all of the recreation possibilities in Glacier in the summer. Hiking, Mt. Biking, rafting, kayaking and dirt biking are just the beginning.

A quiet, tidy little craftsman home 20 miles from the Mt. Baker National Forest and 40 miles from the Mt. Baker Ski Area. The Middle Fork of the Nooksack and it's wildlife is a short walk to the north. We have a strict cancellation policy but we are really pretty accommodating. If you cancel within 30 days of your stay we will bank those lost funds for future use at any available time in the future. A final note: we require that you be vaccinated and boosted. The Mt. Baker Cabin in the woods, sleeps up to six. Three Bedrooms, The blue room has 1 queen bed, the green room has 1 queen bed and there is also a small room containing bunk beds (which is best suited to children only). The cabin is complete with a half wrap around covered wooden porch with mountain views, a bbq area, cozy gas fire place and heated floors. Please note, as of February 2025, we no longer have a hot tub on the property.
