A beautiful cottage, small but perfectly formed! Private, everything you need, great hot-tub, cosy, tastefully decorated, lovely area!

We stayed at Paul’s lovely property for the second time as we loved it so much the first time round. Our recent stay was made even better by the addition of a hot tub , the ping pong table and loads of board games and activities. The bedrooms were clean and comfy like before and we loved the living and dining space. Our 3 kids had an amazing time running around in the garden and going for little walks around the grounds. The welcome basket was a lovely surprise and we loved having freshly popped popcorn for our movie evenings at the house! The property is close to Millets Farm Centre which was great for the kids as there’s always a lot to do there!

The White Cottage is a truly magical experience, and combined with Sally’s as the perfect host, we came away from our short break with memories that will last a lifetime. The location is breathtakingly peaceful. A garden within a garden set in landscape where time has good still. The stream that runs through garden is a playground for wildlife and you’ll be sharing your breakfast with ducks and moorhens. If you want a break oozing peace and quiet, a chance to unwind, and forget the day to day life the white cottage has it spades. Sally is a delightful host. Nothing is too much trouble. You arrive as a guest and leave as a friend. We loved it

My stay at the Shooting Lodge was just what I needed for a peaceful, stress free getaway. Beautiful location, fantastic hosts and my pup Jessie loved her stay too. Would highly recommend for any of those career women out there who just need a weekend of peace and tranquility. The lodge was better than described, high quality and a home from home. The location is wonderful with lots of nice walks. I would definitely stay again alone or with friends. Thank you Anthony & Julia for a wonderful stay.

Had a good stay and used the location as a base to explore the North Wessex Downs. The house itself was as described and the kids enjoyed the hot tub. Large garden for kids to run around in.

We just had a wonderful long weekend in Wherwell in Rob & Sue’s beautiful cottage. Such a stunning village, the cottage exceeded our expectations, Rob & Sue were fantastic hosts & the breakfast pack was great. We finished the weekend with a lovely soak in the hot tub. My friends and I enjoyed a peaceful couple of nights in Jean and Kieth's beautiful cottage. Keith was friendly and helpful with clear instructions. the cottage is gorgeous and the garden is lovely! I would definitely stay there again.

The Barn was a lovely stay, very spacious and well looked after. John was very communicative and would respond to us very quickly there was a few things which would have improved the stay quite significantly: 1. The WiFi really was not very good. 2. The barn needs a new frying pan, this has been burnt from the amount of usage it’s had. We were going to have sausage and bacon sandwiches but it kept burning our sausages so we gave up. 3. There was a lot of dust in certain areas (especially the bathroom and ceilings). Overall, though a very lovely stay, and if we come to the Cotswold we would stay again. Thank you.

Had a great stay here and everything was perfect. We managed to try the only local pub and the food and beer was excellent and value for money. The Indian restaurant was better than and from my local area in Stockport. The location is great for Oxford and we did a day trip to the Diddly Squat Farm. Tracey is a great host and we would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Really lovely cottage in a very peaceful village. The cottage is beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable with everything you need, just watch out for the low doorframes if you’re tall! It is in a great location to explore the Cotswolds and Will recommended The Red Lion pub, a few minutes drive away for dinner, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We had a fantastic few days away and would stay here again. Thank you Will and Amy.

It was clean and we were happy for the big (about 50 foot/15m) garden to allow young kids to run around and play outside. The cottage has lots of space saving features, but would be tight for 6 people to stay long term with lots of time at the cottage.

Fabulous little cottage in such a peaceful area. A shop, cafe and pub all within walking distance. Chipping Norton or 'Chippy' as it's locally known, is a lovely area too with lots of pubs and restaurants and a great antiques centre. It was easy to drive to all the destinations we had looked at before going. Janice also has lots of local knowledge and books if you're stuck. The cottage was clean and comfortable, with lovely outdoor seating when the weather behaves. There was also milk in the fridge and amazing fresh crumpets to greet us after our drive. We would definitely return and recommend to anyone. Thank you so much for a very memorable stay.

Hardwick Lodge Barn was perfect for our long weekend in Northamptonshire, catching up with family and friends from the area who we hadn't seen for a while. Julia was a great host, very friendly and responding quickly to our questions before we arrived and a couple of questions during our stay. The accommodation itself was perfectly located, in a beautiful and quiet area, with plenty of space for our dog to explore and a nice patio area to sit outside in the sun. We had everything we needed for our stay and the whole annexe was tastefully decorated and the kitchen well equipped. Having both a bath and shower was a real bonus and a big, comfortable bed is always appreciated. Julia had provided a binder with helpful tips of where to visit and good places to eat, nearby. Highly recommended and we'll certainly be staying again.

I would say the photos don’t do this cottage justice. This beautiful stone cottage is tucked away from the road and is delightful. It’s bigger than you think and was immaculate. Hannah really has thought of everything, including for dogs. The main bed was so comfy and we slept so well, despite the humid conditions. The kitchen was really well equipped although we didn’t use it much as we were out most of the time. We walked to the local pub, The Bell Inn. Lovely, if a little high end. The cottage is close to Burford and Bibury, both places we visited. We also went to Diddly Squat and the Farmer’s Dog, about 20 mins drive away. We tried to watch the tv but couldn’t log in using the Firestick. We decided it was quite refreshing not to be inundated with channels. Maybe if the weather had been awful we might have been frustrated by this. But luckily, it wasn’t. I highly recommend this place for its beauty and proximity to local area. We will be sure to return! I’ve never felt so completely at ease, this house felt just like home. It’s warm, comfortable, and boasts an incredible countryside view. The nights were serene and quiet, and I always felt safe. The décor is cozy, and the place is well‑equipped. The host was always available and kind, promptly addressing my only two requests (and that’s because everything else was already perfect). The bedding is top‑quality, the kitchen has everything you could need, and the TV is large with excellent picture quality. After nearly 40 days, I’m feeling nostalgic about leaving. If I ever return to this area, I would love to stay in this house again. I can only express my heartfelt thanks—it was an absolute pleasure!

Had a great stay at The Fold recently. The cottage had everything we needed and the location is perfect for exploring the Cotswold. Our daughter loved being on the farm and especially the dogs that came to say hello every morning!

Came for the weekend to celebrate a friends birthday and it so peaceful. It had everything we needed and was a great center point to the other places in Cotswold we wanted to visit. We also met Karen who was so warm and friendly! Would stay here again!

We had the most delightful stay in the Coach House, which was everything it promised to be and more. Everything about the little cottage was exquisite - from the fittings and furnishings, to the perfectly equipped kitchen to the extras provided - including the Welcome Pack. We were blessed with wonderful weather, and being able to sit out in a beautiful garden added so much to the weekend. We couldn't have chosen a more perfect place. Gaby and Susie were really friendly and lovely hosts, and made us feel truly welcome. We couldn't recommend the Coach House, and Gaby and Susie more highly. Without question - we will be back!

Jo’s cottage was so cosy and had everything we needed as a group of 6. We all commented on how exceptionally comfy the beds were, and all took a peek at where the bedding was from so we could buy ourselves! The cottage is in a quiet area, so it’s lovely and peaceful. We would highly recommend a stay here ☺️

We enjoyed our stay very much. Kitchen and living are very comfortable and the beds offered a refreshing sleep. It may take a while for the shower to be warm, but the bathroom was clean and complete. Great place to stay. Great atmosphere and a beautiful area to walk. Vanessa was very hospitable and helpful when needed.

We had a lovely stay at Pamela’s place in the Cotswolds! The house was perfect for our family of four – cozy, well-maintained, and in a beautiful setting. Pamela was an incredibly helpful and sweet host, always ready with tips and suggestions to make our trip smoother. The only small suggestion would be that breakfast could have been a little more elaborate, but Pamela’s warmth and hospitality more than made up for it. We truly enjoyed our time and would absolutely recommend her place for a peaceful family getaway!

Very lovely little cottage in a ideal location. Easy to check in and it was exactly as described. Perfect for two for a short stay. Claire was helpful with instructions on how to check in and even provided information on places to visit and directions. Definitely worth staying here if you’re visiting the area.
