Holiday rentals with a patio in Chippewa County

Beautiful view of the water! Close to many good restaurants & shops. This room is connected to an inn, and the large, shared deck is connected to the bedroom and living room. There could be noise from other guests while you are there. The entrance is next to the lobby with the vending machine, so again- the other guests will be nearby. We enjoyed exploring the area… beautiful location!

Great place to stay in a beautiful area away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Sara (Owner) was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. The condo was clean and was the perfect size for a group of five.

Really loved the setup with a patio walkout onto the beach and the sunrise in the morning over the lake was glorious. Very close to the ferry and loved the convenience. Great place.

We had 2 adults and 3 teen girls stay here for just a couple nights to head to Mackinac. It was a pristine clean place. One girl slept on the couch but they did have a trundle bed in the bunk bed room. The directions in the book on the counter varied slightly from the Airbnb instructions. They were very thoughtful to put out a few snacks and waters to. They also put out a coupon for a local restaurant but we didn't get a chance to use it. It was a great touch. It was warm one night we stayed. I wish there was a fan or two to help cool it down. Instead I put the window up in the bedroom but it got noisy from the road. We did find later a window fan that we could have put in but then that would only help one bedroom. It was really close to the boats to Mackinac. It was a little hard to find at first. Maybe a pic of the front would help. In the end, we really enjoyed it and it worked out pretty well for our short stay.

We live very close to the Cozy Condos. Our family members enjoyed their stay here during our post Christmas family celebration! Although the weather wasn’t ideal for this trip this super clean condo would be a fabulous site to choose for an extended visit to the Barbeau area where you can enjoy watching the super impressive freighters as they navigate the southbound shipping channel to their final destinations! Watch from the outdoor deck at the Cozy Corners Tavern and Grill right next door! Their food is excellent and service is top notch! Boaters can tie right up to the floating docks at the restaurant and then continue on to enjoy the beauty and awesome fishing on the St. Mary’s River!

We found this Airbnb on short notice. It was easy to book, easy to find, and in a great location. We loved the proximity to the ferrys that go to Mackinac Island as well as other attractions we went to. The house was spacious, had everything we needed for 3 kids and had a great view of the straits. We would recommend Sara's to anyone who is looking for a fun spot to stay in the upper peninsula, and we would love you come back! Thanks, Tom

We had to cancel our trip last minute due to health concerns and heavy smoke from Canada. Jake was very responsive to messages and understanding of our health concerns. They were supportive and very professional in all communication and I hope to visit their listing later in the year. I have never had to cancel a reservation and deeply appreciate their understanding and respectful communication during our decision.

We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again if we were back in the area.

We stayed there to visit Mackinac Island, the house is located 12 minutes from the ferry. The place felt comfortable as home, amazing views and it was a very pleasant stay.

We stayed here to explore the falls. There are not a lot of options of places to stay in the area, so happy we found this place. Very comfortable cabin.

What a find! We had a last minute change in vacation plans and was able to book with Kevin. He was quick responded and made sure everything was good once we arrived. The views of the lake from inside the cabin was excellent, but sitting on the dock watching the sunset was even better!

Eight of us (4 siblings and spouses) spent three nights here. We had a great view of the bridge and a very peaceful location. Host did a great job, house was very well stocked and extremely clean. Highly recommended!

The cabin is in a beautiful setting on the river . Eagles flew by every day . Very peaceful.

This is a very cute condo in a quiet area. It’s perfect for 2 people. We enjoyed sitting on balcony with morning tea & hearing the horse taxis come in! We loved coming back to this very peaceful property after a busy day in town. Everything you need is right there! Appreciated the bikes very much. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Jason and Shelbie were the best. Truly a one of a kind rental in the US. Shelbie was the most responsive host we have ever had. Accommodated to all our needs. We will for sure come back.
