Flot, hyggeligt og charmerende sted. Man føler sig hjemme. Væreterne er klar til at hjælpe. Hundende er meget rolige. De kommer ikke hen til dig, medmindre du gerne vil. De kommer ikke ind i huset. Hvis du er bange for hund, ville de holde afstand; hvis du elsker at lege med hund, ville de være venner med dig.

Trotz kurzfristiger Buchung, waren Pina und ihre Söhne gut erreichbar und haben uns einen schönen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung sind viele leckere Restaurants und man kommt zu Fuß super zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten Venedigs. Check-in und Check-out sind sehr unkompliziert organisiert. Alles in allem würden wir die Wohnung immer wieder buchen.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans le logement proposé par Lucia, très bel emplacement, entre un magnifique jardin et un canal pittoresque. Nous avons eu tout le nécessaire, tout est bien pensé et décoré, extrêmement propre, un mélange d'ancien et moderne à notre goût !

Our stay was great!! Alessandro was kind enough to pick us up from the train station. He showed us maps of where to go and had restaurant recommendations. He gave us a tour around the house. There is a beautiful lawn that we could use. The house is very spacious, private and within 15 minutes walking distance to everything. Well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Great location near the Biennale, but away from the tourist crowds. Marco was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend to anyone going to the Biennale or a quiet place 10 mins from central Venice

The place is immaculate- in pristine condition, very clean. It is a very comfortable apartment with lots of big windows! Very cosy bed to spend peaceful nights. You will feel very safe there. All amenities you will possibly need. The kitchen is really good to cook. A very big bathroom. I love the location so much with wonderful Campo Di Santa Margherita where I was buying fresh bread, flowers, berries and veggies early in the morning observing locals passing by to their studies, work, walking with their dogs, buying newspapers and so on. You can go anywhere from that place or just stay there enjoying Dorsoduro. A lot of absolutely wonderful museums in the area. Ca Rezzonico became my favorite - the collection, the palazzo itself! La Fenice theater is absolutely stunning. I was taking public water transport easily to the other parts of Venice like Giudecca. And a water taxi to the airport. Matteo and Raffaella, very warm people, were so kind to me. I was very happy there. Thank you

Fomos em 3 casais de amigos, gostamos muito da casa em Veneza, muito perto do ponto de onibus para Veneza, de supermercado, restaurantes, lugar tranquilo e seguro, casa bonita, silenciosa, limpa, chuveiros bons, camas boas, estacionamento para 2 carros, ficamos bem acomodados. Fomos muito bem recebidos, nos deram dicas, nos ajudaram com os mapas, gostamos muito. A casa só não tem sala de visitas, mas tem uma sala ótima de refeições, fizemos nossas reuniões comendo as delicias que compramos no supermercado, pra gente foi ótimo. Os 3 quartos foram muito confortáveis, e encontramos na cozinha tudo o que precisamos. Ah, faltou taças de vinho, mas não foi um problema, os vinhos estavam ótimos em copos mesmo. Fomos para Veneza de onibus, muito fácil e prático, seguimos as dicas e passamos um ótimo dia em Veneza. Pena que foi tão corrido, gostariamos de ter ficado mais tempo. Agradecemos a hospitalidade.

Die Unterkunft war ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Wir konnten viele Ausflüge machen, z.B. nach Venedig, Chioggia und Padua - alles ist gut erreichbar. Der Hof hat viel Charme und ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Fabienne und ihr Mann sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Ein Ort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen - wir können ihn nur weiterempfehlen und würden wiederkommen.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Venise. L’appartement est proche du tram ce qui permet de se rendre facilement dans le centre de Venise. Toutes les instructions étaient claire et l’hôte est très réactif au message. Notre arrivée a été facilité grâce à la navette proposé par l’hôte. Je recommande, l'hôte s'est arrangé pour me trouver une meilleure tente quand ma tente n'était pas disponible. Piscine très agréable et équipe de service très sympa.

Le camping est idéalement placé par sa proximité avec l’arrêt de bus pour se rendre à Venise ou aux alentours. L’accueil en français était très chaleureux très professionnel bienveillant de très bons conseils et toujours avec le sourire. Le mobile home était très propre ainsi que la piscine. Les blocs sanitaires sont propres fonctionnels. L’eau y est chaude. Le coin pratique et commun pour cuisiner accessible aux campeurs est très appréciable. Nous vous recommandons vivement ce camping.

Hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Der Außenbereich ist ein Traum. Hier und da müsste mal was repariert oder ausgetauscht werden und der See ist weder zum Baden oder Angeln geeignet, aber das alles hat der Pool wieder gut gemacht. Sehr gerne wieder!

We really enjoyed a chilled out week at Luisa’s house. The property itself is exactly as per the photos - modern and sleek design, a lovely swimming pool and wonderful outdoor space (especially for our dog, though to begin with they were very curious of the peacocks and hens in the neighbouring field that you also have access to, which you can view from the windows/fence 🙂). We felt really relaxed and at home there. The walk into town is around 20 minutes, where you can find restaurants, bars (nearest is called Ae Poste 3.0 😉) and a supermarket. Luisa was an accommodating host, only next door if you needed anything, and provided us with some helpful recommendations for the local area and Venice and Treviso for day trips. All in all, we’d have no hesitation to recommend and would love to return!

We had a wonderful time at Adriana's cottage! Both Adriana and Eugenio were very friendly and welcoming. We felt immediately at home! The cottage itself is very roomy and looks exactly like pictured. Everything was very tidy and clean. The garden is gigantic and our dog had a lot of fun exploring and playing here. In the immediate vicinity there is a pizzeria (Surli) that has the best pizza we ever had in our lives! Highly recommended! Anything from Venice to Treviso and Padua is very easy to reach by car and there are a lot of opportunities for day trips. In the immediate surrounding of the house it is however not ideal to go for long walks. There's a road with no walkway and you can't go very far crossing the surrounding fields. That was however the only small downside to an otherwise wonderful vacation with lovely hosts at a wonderful location.

Amazing experience. Place was beautiful, and the hosts were wonderful. Gave great food recommendations and made us feel at home. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento solo per una notte, ma ci siamo trovati davvero bene. I proprietari sono stati super gentili e ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa. L’appartamento era pulito, accogliente e curato nei minimi dettagli, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno comodo. La posizione è fantastica, a pochi minuti da Venezia e con fermate dei bus vicine, perfetto per spostarsi facilmente. Anche se è stato un soggiorno breve, è stato davvero piacevole e ci sentiamo di consigliarlo senza dubbio!

Отличное местоположение, через 50 метров ходят 2 автобуса до Венеции (7,6) В пешей доступности Lidl,прямо в здании можно очень вкусно и не дорого позавтракать,отличный кофе и выпечка,так же сендвичи В здании есть паркинг,подземный и снаружи (у кого низкое авто-советую заезжать очень медленно,или оставлять авто на улице) крутой спуск. Девушка в офисе очень милая и помогала нам во всем чем мы нуждались,от совета как добраться до отвертки чтоб починить автомобиль 😅 Так же рядом есть пиццерия,вкусная и недорогая,и табачный магазин ,с необходимыми продуктами питания прямо через дорогу. Апартаменты просторные,чистые, с хорошим ремонтом,нам так же сделали бесплатный апгрейд в квартиру побольше ,также нам разрешили выселиться в 12:00 ,что на самом деле, большая редкость в Европе. Есть кухня ,но не было соли и специй. Также Рядом есть барбершоп. На очень понравилось ,всем советую эти апартаменты !

Le logement est très propre et paisible, Quartier super calme mais propre de nombreux commerces. Accès en voiture ou en bus à Venise en une dizaine de minutes. Hôte très réactif qui nous a vraiment bien conseillé pour les visites. Je le recommande !

Water feature was pleasant and unique. Was pleased to see enough espresso capsules to get me started and grocery store close to replenish. Door and multiple windows right on canal. Amazing experience. Helpful and responsive host. Best of my stays in Italy.

Gaia was GREAT, attentive, helpful, she explained all we needed to know, she walks us through all steps and answered all our questions, she received us with a smile and we felt just like home at her place!!!!
