和家人一同入住，有三間房間可以獨立使用實在非常方便。 房源內也有廚房可以使用，適合家庭外出採買食材後回住宿聚餐，讓我有家的感覺。 房東也回應迅速，提供足夠的毛巾（每天也會替換）供房客使用真的是太好了。 整體非常滿意。

一次十分好的入住体验。上一次来北海道就住在这里。

The unit/apartment is very safe. It was near the train station,supermarket,7/11. The space is clean and big. The toilet and shower area is clean. I feel home during my stay .Host is responsive everytime I have question.

노르베사 가깝고, 오도리공원까지도 걸어서 갈 만한 거리였어요~ 시내랑 가깝고 편리했어요. 체크인 방법도 간단했고 호스트님도 응답이 매우 빠르셨습니다 너무 깔끔하고 쾌적해서 가족끼리 좋은 시간 보냈습니다

初めての宿泊でわからない事も多かったのですが、親切丁寧にご対応頂き、ゆっくりと滞在する事が出来ました。 近くにコンビニも2軒あり便利です。静かで周りも暗いので、夜も熟睡出来ました。 寝具類も清潔で、必要な物も揃っていて、特に不自由する事なく過ごせました。 度々、札幌には出向くので、また利用させて頂ければと思います。 居心地良い滞在を提供して下さり、有難うございました。

This apartment unit is very well equipped. I can tell Toshiko-san makes good efforts in providing the best staying experience for the guests. My family of four had a good rest in her cosy apartment.

We stayed 6 nights with our family of 5 and would absolutely return. The house itself was exactly as described. it was a wonderful space for relaxing, cooking, reading (so many kids books!!), and enjoying the beauty of the area. Elise in particular is among the best hosts we've met. She welcomed us with some local goodies, gave excellent recommendations, and even went so far as to bring diapers when we ran out and could not find any at the stores we checked. Thanks again for everything!

Excellent place to stay, especially when you have a car to get around. The whole house is very cozy and their bed is one of the best if not the best bed I’ve slept in all hotels and airbnbs (warm and soft). Check in is very easy with flexible time (we arrived at 10pm). The only thing to note is that there is only one bathroom so if you have a big party then showering could take a while. That being said, we still felt fine even though we’re a 7 people party. Will definitely recommend.

숙소가 매우 깔끔하고 넓었으며 4인 모두가 이용 하기에 너무 안락 하고 편안했습니다 :) 주차도 편하게 가능 했고, 출입문도 열기 쉬었습니다. 단독 집이라서 조용하고 사생활이 보호되었습니다. 다음에 삿포로에 방문시 재방문 의사 1000% 입니다. 또 가고 싶은 집입니다:)

I came here with my family, very quiet and back to the nature. You can feel how owner care the guests, they prepare almost everything you need, the rice, the coffee, and a lot of lovely plates with different sizes that enough for a big family. We played the snow just in front of the house, however we can just wear tee indoor, very warm. The house is old, the equipments are really in good quality from the toilet and cloth dryer, owner prepared electric blankets for us etc, they live nearby so you will feel reliable, and replied to you in time. You can find a cafe and an onsen by car within 10 min. The only suggestion is you need prepare enough foods in advance before coming.

Our stay at Aki's house was great. The house was warm, clean, and spacious, and it was in a quiet area. While staying with a big family, we felt very comfortable because of the rooms and layout of the bathroom facilities. A highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the town and mountains. We could explore the surroundings easily. Our family loved the local sushi train restaurant with delicious meals and excellent service. The nearest supermarket was 5 minutes walk. Skiing slopes are just 35 minutes away. The bus stop is a 12-minute walk, where the bus can take you directly to the centre of Sapporo or the closest town of Otaru. Aki helped us with many things. She organised transfers and also recommended good places to eat. We are grateful to Aki for such excellent hospitality and prompt responses during our stay. Thank you very much for everything.

住的地方干净整洁，温馨舒适。很多可爱的小物件和摆设，有个小院子，还有温泉池和按摩椅。有机会一定要多住几晚享受一下。

5名で2泊利用しました。 とても親切に対応していただき、快適に過ごせました。 設備等も清潔で充実しており、不自由さは全く感じませんでした。 まるで自宅にいるかのように、ゆっくり寛げる空間なので、外出後もリラックスして疲れを癒せました。 近くにコンビニもあり、何かの時は歩いてすぐ行ける距離で便利です。

조용한 주택가에 위치해있고 주변에 큰 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다. 시내까지는 차로 5분 정도로 접근성이 좋습니다. 넓고 깨끗하고 식기, 세탁기, 건조기, 욕조 등 이 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 주차장도 충분히 넓어서 승합차 주차에 불편함이 없었습니다. 추천합니다.

깨끗하고 모던한 집이에요. 침대 두개가 있는 방에 침대가 커서 짐 놓을 공간이 없는 부분만 빼면 괜찮았습니다. 침대도 편했어요. 다만, 방은 살짝 추웠습니다. 가성비로 완전 좋아요.

This was our first time visiting Otaru, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station and an easy stroll to the main streets of Otaru. Every morning, we could hear the sound of the steam clock and music in the distance, which made the atmosphere feel so peaceful and beautiful. It’s also very close to convenience stores and everything else we needed. We really loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

we had a pleasant time staying here! it's close to the station, konbini, and tourist spots in otaru like otaru music box museum, otaru canal, letao, and many more! they are all walkable from the apartment. the place is quite spacious for the 7 of us. it's also very clean. would love to stay here again next time we go to otaru!

Near Minami Otaru Station, everything matches the description. But one thing I didn’t know—the room door is more like a partition, not a real door.

Convenient and clean, short walk to Minami Otaru Station and also a short walk to Marchen Crossroads (with lots to experience and eat!). The view outside was wonderful. We had a wonderful time at Otaru 😄
