Charming house on a vineyard estate

Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

THE SHEPHERD'S HUT

Spacious and bright, the 100 m2 accommodation is located on the first floor of a farmhouse, former sheepfold. Beautiful view of the 2500 M2 orchard, with terrace, garden furniture, relaxation lounge, gas barbecue, trampoline, swimming pool, games for children..... This accommodation dates back to 1784, restored with elegance. Nordic and modern decoration, very warm, a real cocoon with nature and calm. Ideal for recharging your batteries on vacation. The sheepfold is well located for visiting wine-growing towns and villages.

Beaune Nuits: neat house, stove, very quiet

Former farmhouse renovated on 2 floors: very quiet, with all comforts! Nuits Saint Georges à 10min, Beaune 15min, highway 10min. Ideal base for visiting the vineyards. Wood-burning stove in front of a large sofa, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, air conditioning, multi-jet walk-in shower, Wi-Fi, smart TV, board games and outdoor games, barbecue, etc. Private parking, courtyard and garden. Breakfast, pastries, wines and local beers (extra charge). Families welcome.

Two beautiful homes near Beaune.

Near Beaune in Burgundy, a country cottage composed of a 17th century house (2 period fireplaces, tiles, French ceilings, woodwork, etc.) as well as a 19th century house. In the large house, bedroom 1 for 2 people with bathroom. The small house offers on the ground floor bedroom 2 for 2 people with bathroom. On the 1st floor, bedrooms 3 and 4 for a bathroom. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds. If you are looking for calm and if you like heritage, come and discover this place.

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

The annex, a charming house, close to Beaune

The annex is a detached house set on 26,000 m2 of land, with a shared 12 m x 4 m swimming pool. It was completely renovated in 2024. It has a total area of 90 m2, including 2 bedrooms of 25 m2 each (2 beds in all), a 25 m2 equipped kitchen, a bathroom-WC and an entrance hall. We offer, by reservation, a table d'hôte. Leopold and I will make sure your stay is as relaxing as possible for you.
