Mr. Christos is a hospitable and very kind host! He welcomed us even though we arrived late! He gave us information about the place and the surrounding area as well as some suggestions for food! The house is as shown in the photos, spacious and comfortable. In addition, it is almost next to the park of the Kria Boxing Club and generally everything you need is within a 5-minute walk, so you do not need a car except for an excursion out of town. Private parking in an area where parking is difficult is also a plus. Espresso coffee is provided in capsules as well as toast with butter, jam or honey for a quick breakfast. I recommend it if you want to visit the city of Livadia or the surrounding areas.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The space was even more stunning in person—bright, stylish, and incredibly well-maintained. It felt both cozy and spacious, making it a perfect place for our family. Everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt comfortable from the first moment in Anda's beautiful house. It is very lovingly and individually decorated. Anda baked us a delicious quiche to welcome us and brought us eggs from her chickens. She was always quick to reach when we had a question and took great care of us. We had some cool weather at first, but in the house it was so cozy that we liked to spend the cool days inside. From the balcony you have a fantastic view of the mountains and the sea - really magnificent! And in the evening we enjoyed the starry sky. You definitely need a car to go shopping and dining (taverns in Oreoi at the harbor) or for the beach. There is a nice little pebble beach at the Taverna Agrogiali - Kouvelis Constantine (good food) behind Kastri (approx. 35 min.) and a beautiful sandy beach behind Loutra Gialtron (also with good taverns), in front of Club Med (about 1 hour). Dear Anda, thanks for everything!
