Recently renovated accommodation in an old Savoyard farm on the 1st floor with equipped kitchen, adjacent living room with sofa and TV (+ wifi). Mezzanine sleeping area (160 twin beds), bathroom with shower and washing machine. Separate toilet. Non-smoking. Parking in front of the house. Studio not suitable for pets. Many outdoor activities and places to visit within a radius of 15 min to 1 hour or more!

Our villa is located in the village of Argonay, 10’ from Annecy and its lake, 25’ from ski resorts such as La Clusaz as well as Geneva airport.

Bedroom with 140 cm double bed, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine, living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker and toaster), dining table and sofa, private terrace with barbecue, access to petanque area (ball game loan) at the back of the accommodation and private parking.

Quiet and pleasant accommodation 15 km from Annecy. Fully equipped like an apartment (dishwasher, TV, Wi-Fi...) with a west-facing balcony, enclosed parking, in a pretty, detached wooden house. Ideal for 2 people, nature lovers (many hikes) and for exploring Haute-Savoie. 2026: New shower, fan I don't charge a cleaning fee in addition to the nightly price, but I'm counting on you to leave the place as clean as you'd like to find it.
