It is a quiet, cozy and very clean place. It has a good view from the main room and the balcony. It's also pet-friendly :)

Everything was excellent, Rogelio's apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood to rest, very close to shopping malls, 2 blocks away there are convenience stores and Rogelio is a very nice guy, I would definitely come back.

Miguel was an excellent host. The place provided is just like the pictures, with a beautiful rooftop pool. The unit has huge floor-to-ceiling windows that just light the whole place up and make it feel super open with lots of natural light. Everything is new and clean, with cool tile floors—just an overall very peaceful place to stay. A 10-minute walk to the mall, there's a great coffee place called Momu a quick 5-minute walk away where they are very friendly and offer a ton of nearby whole and vegan food options that are delicious. They also have a great coffee menu. The unit that Miguel offers is very close, maybe a 5-minute walk, to a grocery store with fresh produce and all the essentials needed. The complex is secure and very well lit up, super safe. Very nice people in this area and very helpful to new people to the neighborhood. This was a great place to stay. I work remotley and never had issues with the internet. I would most definitely stay here again this place was great!!!

Everything is great, the facilities are new and the parents! The apartment is very well equipped and Agusto because it is the PB. We went as a family, I had small children and they enjoyed the pool as well as the baby room. I recommend it ☺️

Excellent place! They had left us water, cookies, coffee and other details that made our stay very pleasant. Very nice decoration and very comfortable beds. Everything was perfect.

We arrived after a bad experience with another rental and from the first moment they helped us with everything. Very nice house located in Centro within walkable distance to a lot of restaurants and nice spots. Had trouble at check in because the lockbox password had been changed and when we got the updated code the keys were not there so we had to wait outside until the keys were retrieved which wasn’t a great start to our trip after a long day flying. Other than that, the house is huge, beautiful and it was great for our family. P.S. don’t forget your bug spray because mosquitoes in Merida are wild!

Excellent accommodation, it is very close to the center of Merida and the house was comfortable, clean and there are several shops nearby so you don't have to go far from the property

The house matches the photos as is, the closed is quiet, the vehicle is safe there is surveillance at the entrance, they answer the messages, they solved a problem with a bathroom that gave a quick solution, they are nice people, they accepted our emotional support pet and if they sent the requested invoice. If I would stay again, I recommend it

My family considers that the house is very spacious and beautiful, there was always good communication with the host, the rules are clear and precise although somewhat limiting, which does not allow you to enjoy as in your house, the beds seemed good with some exception, in general a good stay, I did not have a response for a flexible schedule despite the fact that in their information you have to anticipate it and pay to obtain it, it is important to take care of the limits specified in the rules so that you do not have extra charges. Thank you Kennya for your attention and willingness at all times.

Recommended, for sure on my next visit to Mérida, it will be my first choice.
