The place is as described and photographed) The apartment has everything you need, in the full sense of the word. Separate love, then the balcony overlooking the inner well-maintained, cozy courtyard, morning coffee will provide the mood for the whole day. Friendly neighbors, you feel at home) Also a very big advantage is the willingness of a separate parking lot, which is attached to you for the duration of your stay. You can safely leave your car and walk. There is shelter. Very good location. 10 minutes walk to the sea. A pleasant surprise was that there are clean beaches nearby, when compared to Arcadia - set and land. You can rent bungalows, sun loungers, etc.Also nearby, within walking distance, there is a shop and a cafe where you can have breakfast. Nice communication with Jasmine and Lyudmila Stepanivna. Immediately before check-in, we received clear instructions and ideas on how to get to the residential complex, so there were no problems with where to find the residential complex and how to check in. 100% satisfied with the property, our choice during visits to Odessa)

The apartment is just perfect. Comfortable layout, quality furniture, nice house with a closed area. Nearby is the cafe Kompot, where it is delicious and inexpensive. The beach is a 15 minute walk away. A couple of steps away is a supermarket with everything you need, pharmacy, in the courtyard of Nova Poshta post office, 7 minutes by taxi to the center. Inside the apartment is perfectly clean, tidy, very cozy. There is everything you need - towels, bedding, soap, any dishes, coffee maker and capsules with coffee before it, tea. Many thoughtful little things that made our stay as comfortable as possible.

An incredible place where every little thing is worth the attention. Unlimited gratitude for this coziness! Without exaggeration, this was my best visit to Odessa.

I love this place! Panoramic windows on the 20th floor offer a stunning view of the sea and the city. This is the case when you don't want to leave it. The apartment is stylish, clean and equipped with everything you may need (and even more). Very comfortable bed. The location is great: a residential complex under 24/7 security, a few minutes' walk to the beach, surrounded by supermarkets, cafes and restaurants for every taste. It is convenient that there is parking in case of emergency. We rented it for a few days. Communication with Tetiana is a special pleasure. She is always in touch, responds instantly and willingly meets in any matters. Only warm and positive impressions! I sincerely recommend this apartment and will gladly return here again during my next trip to Odessa. Thank you❤️❤️❤️

There are underfloor heating, a washing machine with a dryer, a robot vacuum cleaner and other amenities. A place to work is also provided. The apartment is located in a closed area where there is a parking lot that costs 100 UAH per day. Although the distance from the center is a bit far, it is quiet and peaceful, which contributes to a comfortable stay.

A great place to relax both the soul and the body. Just what we were looking for in isolation. The house is very nice, the hostess is well thought out so that the conditions are as comfortable as possible. Everything is neat and clean. There is a courtyard with a table, where we often ate outdoors. The area is landscaped, many trees, so we did not suffer from the heat. Lovely BBQ area. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the sea, but the view that opens up is worth it! Beaches are just a find! There are very few people, the promenade is cleaned. Pines are growing - we often found a good shade underneath. Everything is worth the price. Thank you!

The apartment is great. Equipped with everything you require for a long stay. Up to dish sponges, garbage bags,detergents, etc. Furniture and carpets are in excellent condition. The kitchen is large and comfortable. The residential massif "Rainbow" is very lively and modern. Each courtyard has children's playgrounds, a lot of small shops in almost every house. Several large supermarkets are also within walking distance. The hosts are wonderful people. A warm welcome, a sweet compliment from the hostess is very nice. Always available, happy to explain which taxi service is better to call, where to go with children, which mobile operator to choose. If we are going to Odessa next year, of course we will stay at Maya's place!

Natalia is a perfect host and an interesting conversationalist. The place is decorated very cozy and tastefully, everything is new, clean. Natalia carefully took care of everything a guest might need during the trip and provided the kitchen and bathroom with everything they needed. The view from the window is great, the location is convenient. I will definitely come back to this place
