On the first floor, it has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and a double sofa-bed On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a traditional stone-built bed. The toilet is located in the courtyard. It has outdoor dining areas in the 3 courtyards that surround it with stunning views and a beautiful garden.

The place is unique as a base for exploration of the whole region, just 10 minutes by car from the main village of Argalasti and less than half an hour away from the most striking beaches of the gulf and the Aegean!

Milina bietet viele Strände in der näheren Umgebung, Tavernen, Supermärkte, Apotheke und ATM. Ein idyllischer Fischerhafen und Strandbars lassen Urlaubsstimmung aufkommen. Der große Garten mit Erfrischungs-Pool (2 x3 m) und Aussen-Dusche, Trampolin und einem Gemüsegarten eignen sich besonders für Familien mit Kindern. Haustiere sind willkommen.

Studio No2 is 1 of the 3 independent studios of the first floor of the house, next to the beach. It has a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom and 2 beds (double-single) comfortable for 3 people stay. It has a balcony with view to the sea. In front of the house there is a garden and a big yard where guests can relax watcing the sea view. There is available space for parking, use of barbeque and an additional external shower.

This is a separate studio with a double bed and a single bed. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and bathroom. Large courtyard, with dining area outside the room, free Wi-Fi. The beach where you can swim is five meters from the room. You can enjoy wonderful walks and a wonderful sunset. Ideal place for peace and relaxation.
