Our quiet, well equipped holiday cottage is tucked in the centre of a beautiful rural village with fabulous walks & great cycling; yet Cambridge is just 12 miles away. We have two village pubs; one a gastro pub the other more traditional. A car is recommended, parking on the road outside is free with no restrictions in a quiet location. We have a great village shop, Royston 4m, Saffron Walden 8m. Central London by train 30 min & Stansted Airport 12 miles. We hope to welcome you soon!

The Garden room is a 1 bed self contained annex on a working farm, with great views over the Cambridgeshire countryside. It's rural location makes for a peaceful stay Even though it is rural, we are only 20 minutes into Cambridge city Centre and only 15 minutes into the historic town of Saffron Walden. Giving you the best of both worlds! The property is newly refurnished annex on our property. It is a light, clean and functional space. There is an outside seating area with a BBQ.

It is comfortable in all seasons having underfloor heating and electric radiators . You have everything you need for a short or long stay. There are many wonderful country walks starting from the cottage.
