"Home in Madrid" is a lovely, elegant apartment in a small, elevator building with a beautiful lobby. The apartment is very well decorated, impeccably clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, making cooking a pleasure. The apartment is very centrally located.....we walked everywhere! It is on a great street, filled with lovely boutiques and restaurants and La Duquesita, a superb bakery, is just across the street. It is very conveniently located for drivers as we were able to pull up in front of the building, Ricardo helped us with the luggage and a secure garage with reasonable rates was just up the street. We didn't need to use the car again until we checked out. In addition to helping us with our considerable luggage, Ricardo was a gracious, responsive host who was clearly focused on ensuring that we were having a good time.....and we did. Without hesitation and with pleasure, we would stay in this apartment again.

Very convenient location and clean apartment. We walked from the apartment to all the key tourist spots. Perfect for 1st time visitors to Madrid. And since it is a topic of conversation on the reviews, we had no issue with hot water and all was smooth. Many thanks for the stay.

This apartment is beautiful, clean modern and in a great neighborhood. More importantly Emilio was understanding and accommodating when I injured myself and couldn’t leave Madrid. He arranged for me to stay two days more in his apartment and. And found the travelers who were supposed to stay here another place to stay to accommodate me. He is very is it a communicate with always responding to my text or calls even when I couldn’t work the washing machine he came over and showed me. Emilio is a total gentleman and he made my stay here in Madrid absolutely wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect location for our first time in Madrid! Our host recommended great restaurants within walking distance and answered any/all questions quickly!

The apartment was great. Very clean, everything you need was in the apartment. Despite the fact that it is a busy center, it was very quiet, as all the windows overlook the courtyard. There are 2 air conditioners, the temperature is very comfortable. The location is excellent - the metro is literally a 2-minute walk away. There is a large grocery store and a food court within a 1-minute walk. The bus stop to the airport is a 10-minute walk away. In general, there was no need to use the metro during the entire trip - we were able to see the entire city center on foot.

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!

Great location in the Chueca neighborhood near all of the hustle and bustle but on a quieter side street. Excellent roof deck to enjoy sunset and watch the city. Hosts were super helpful. I would stay here again.

This is a great apartment centrally Located close to gran via, tons of great restaurants and even a starbucks right downstairs. The apartment is spacious and has a a lot of light in the living room. Very quiet and easy to sleep night or day. Highly recommend.

I stayed two nights for a work event, and would repeat again a couple more nights. Andrés is a very attentive person, who always knew how to solve all my doubts. The entrance and exit of the apartment is also very simple to do. I was at home at all times as the apartment is shiny and it is a very apañado apartment. I summarize, it's all done!

This is the best airbnb we've ever stayed at. The space is immaculate and the design and decor is straight out of a magazine. The neighborhood is amazing, dozens of restaurants, shops, markets...all within a few minutes walk (if that). The Prado Museum is a 15 minute walk away as well. Dakota was an awesome host and always responsive and helpful.

Perfect location!

Very good location, can walk to any of the tourist places around the city. Chueca is a really good neighborhood, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are all very close. The apartment was exactly like the pictures, there was enough space to open the luggages, amenities like air conditioning and washer were working perfectly!

If you’re spending time in Madrid, Jose’s place is the dream spot. The location cannot be beat - in the heart of Malasaña with everything at your fingertips. But the building itself is very quiet, allowing for great sleeps and a comfortable escape from the bustling neighbourhood. The place was very clean and has everything you need. The air conditioning was a gift in the hot weather, too! I’m already wanting to come back to Madrid and stay in this place again. It was a beautiful experience. Thank you, Jose!

Very stylish apartment, fabulous sun terrace which is a rare find in city centre Madrid. Cool neighbourhood, quirky shops, tapas restaurants. Really comfortable and homely apartment. Really friemdly communication. We loved it ❤️

We had a very pleasant and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and can be reached at all times if you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from the great Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Rafael was a real landlord. Always friendly in communications that they had very quickly. The apartment is 200 meters from the Tirso de Molina metro station from which you can then reach any point of the city. Clean and tidy.

Our stay at the apartment went very well! The apartment is well-equipped, in the semi-basement which allows you to keep it cool! The bedding is comfortable and the bathroom is great (special mention to the jacuzzi after long walks!) The mini terrace is nice! The neighborhood is quiet while having everything within walking distance: supermarket, small shops, multiple bus stops (the best way to get around from the apartment to the more touristy sites!)

We had a wonderful stay here,we didn’t have a kettle so contacted the host and he brought a new one to us as soon as he could.Very comfy bed and lovely location.Would recommend.

If I could give this place 20 stars I would!! - Our hosts were responsive, thoughtful, kind and considerate with every touch point in the suite. So many GREAT recommendations too! - This Airbnb is one of the cutest I have had the pleasure to stay at - not just the adorable design elements, but the efficient layout, well appointed amenities and the general positive energy in the neighbourhood all contributed to a fabulous stay - The location cannot be more central - literally mere steps away from the hustle and bustle of Gran Via and beyond, but still tucked away enough that it's ALWAYS quiet and peaceful - No matter how hot it got outside (and it was HOT during our visit), the space somehow magically remained cool & comfortable! Even though it's fully equipped with AC in the living room and AC and a ceiling fan in the bedroom, at no point did we feel the need to turn them on. It's like a miracle! - Soooo many restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc in the immediate proximity GRACIAS!
