This charming recently modernised two bedroom end-terrace holiday cottage in the centre of the village conservation area sleeps up to four guests. It is perfectly located for exploring the Suffolk Coast, historic sites like Framlingham and Orford Castles, Sutton Hoo and Snape Maltings and is a great area for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers, with the magnificent Minsmere RSPB reserve just 8 miles away. Up to two well behaved pets allowed. Note: there are 2 padded low beams and steep stairs.

Artist studio, great wifi, in country village

70m squared studio in family village with north light, recycled fixtures & fittings, art and stuff from my time in galleries and museums. Comfy retreat behind my Tudor home. Private space in the garden, cotton bedding. It’s shabby but well equipped. It’s cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Not for those who would be disturbed by deer, fox, chickens (rooster) and a horse. It’s a 4 person space and I charge for dogs so probably less value for one than 4 with a dog. Costs the same for both

Queenies in its own Nature Reserve near the Sea

Queenies is part of a small rambling 17th Century clutter of Mill buildings all on their own, with farmland in front and the owners beautiful private Nature Reserve behind. Beautifully restored and filled with antique furniture Queenies is an absolute delight for a couple to experience. The owners welcome their guests with a Breakfast Basket including local bacon and chipolatas, eggs and bread. In season there are lots of fresh herbs for guests and the beach is 10 minutes away. 2 Dogs OK

The colourful seaside town of Aldeburgh is just 15 minutes drive. Interiors are spacious and sociable with the ground floor wrapping round from the living room to the dining room, kitchen and office. Three modern bath/shower rooms for the three bedrooms give added privacy for all guests, with beds being king, double and single.
