Perfectamente equipado hasta 6 personas máximo. Es un buen apartamento en excelente ubicación, con acceso directo a la parada del bus, del tranvía y del centro comercial con todos los servicios. Bien situado junto a la Universidad y a un paso de la ciudad de Murcia. Además se accede muy fácilmente en coche por tener la circunvalación al lado. Zona residencial con parques, paseos, Terra Natura, farmacia, panadería, supermercado, iglesia... WIFI de 600 Mb!! Piso 5º. Plaza privada park en edif
