Nice and cosy flat on the 3rd floor without lift of the 16th-century Palazzo Pantelleria. Large double bedroom with a view of the church and another double bed on the mezzanine. Large living room with equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. Equipped with heating, air conditioning, wifi. LOCATION: We are in the pedestrian Piazza Meli, right in the centre! The atmosphere at the Ferramenta is magical, like their Gin Tonic and the chef's dishes! Not for those seeking absolute quiet!

This beautiful multi level apartment close to heart of the action in Palermo (short walk to Vucceria market, not fair from bus stop, and 5 or so mins walk from the main walking street in Palermo. it was clean, cute, well furnished and spacious. Most of all Francesca was SO sweet and genuinely cared for her role in making our trip amazing. Thank you Francesca!!!

Very nice and spacious apartment - we were surprised by the size ! It’s a really well renovated old apartment with amazing high ceilings and beautiful old tile floors 🤍 The bathrooms are new and very clean. The city centre and a lot of nice restaurants are in walking distance and just across the street there is big parking space.

The location of the house is stunning - I've never seen anything quite like it, especially for the money. It's in a very secluded location with an unparalleled view of the sea. The house is almost exactly as described, and has all the amenities you could want. The nearby villages have some amazing restaurants as well, and if you're using it as a launching pad for a variety of Sicilian day trips - as we did - it's hard to beat. Guests should be aware of a few things, however... (1) The driveway is narrow and steep, and it is hard for inexperienced drivers and/or large cars to navigate. (2) Pay attention to the photo with the three flights of stairs down to the house. It's fully accurate, and if you think you might have an issue with that, look elsewhere. (3) The couch (really a couch-shaped pillow) inside is very difficult to sit on, and almost impossible if you have problems getting up. Other than that though - the house and location are amazing, the hosts are friendly and terrific.

This was a truly remarkable home! No Ikea sterility here…this is a home. Spacious, stylish and very comfortable. At every turn you find a beautiful space to sit, eat, chat or just admire the multiple garden areas. The pool is worthy of a posh resort (which is sort of what the whole place is). The hosts, whose family home it is, are welcoming and charming. If you were fortunate enough to have a loving and well-to-do relative who kept a villa in Italy, this is what you might hope for. Like previous reviews, it’s a difficult place to leave.

first off, due to a delayed flight roberto stayed late to complete check in. gave plenty of great recommendations! the flat is a little out of the city centre (maybe about an hours walk) however the buses are pretty on time and frequent, and the stop is basically out the front door. the flat was clean, pretty and comfortable. as a lone traveller i felt perfectly safe and the view is just AMAZING!!!
