Giovanni was such a kind and gracious host. He gave us recommendations for restaurants in the area and made us feel at home.

I found the accommodation very comfortable, perfect for my needs. It's just a few steps from the gym I go to, so it's super practical. The area is very residential, quiet and well connected: it is easy to get around both on foot and by public transport. The hosts were really kind and helpful. Despite my plane being delayed, they waited for me to check in without any problems, with great courtesy. In addition to the coffee machine, I also found other useful things in the fridge: a really nice and much appreciated gesture. Communication has always been clear, fast and effective. I highly recommend this place!

I don’t speak Italian & had no idea of the area I was visiting or what it would be like. Laura was really helpful & it all went smoothly. Everything is clean & well kept and her place is beautiful & rooms clean & breakfast was good. It was also a nice room just to sit in and read. Laura is musically talented & was performing in a small church in a Baroque performance one night I was there and that was very special to attend. Now I understand Rome a little more & I would certainly stay with Laura every visit. She does not intrude but was a great host.

Great location - 10min walk to Vatican. Great apartment, very clean and very beautiful. Great host, friendly and explained everything well.

Very well located accommodation, in the very lively Trastevere neighborhood, and spacious room. Diomira and her husband welcomed me very well, they even spoke French very well, and served me breakfast in the morning. I felt at home! Bonus for the cat :) Remember to take Quies balls because the neighborhood is noisy…

Marina and her husband are wonderful people. They welcomed us with so much love and energy. They answered all our questions, and we really enjoyed meeting them. We will definitely contact them again when we return to Rome. The apartment is very comfortable, well located, and has everything you need for your stay 100% recommended!

Our stay in Rome was excellent, and much of this pleasant experience is due to Francesco. From the first moment, he was incredibly kind, always attentive and willing to help us with everything we needed. He made us feel very comfortable and welcome, as if we were at home. We had a wonderful stay! It was a gorgeous room that was absolutely spotless and had a nice private balcony. The shared areas are also great and the location is perfect with plenty of restaurants and local shops. It’s at the seafront and it’s definitely worth going for a nice walk or swim on the sandy beaches specially if you have kids. The air conditioning is great too!!! To make it even more special Orietta and her daughter Chiara are delightful! Definitely recommend!!!

This was a good place for our short stop over in Rome. Friendly host, comfortable bed and option for aircon at extra cost, which we did because it was so hot! The apartment was very clean and even though there were other guests, it was quiet and peaceful. Only issue was the shower pressure, but not a big deal and still great value for money.

B&B very close to San Pietro and the subway, comfortable and clean room with all services nearby. Francesca is a kind and prompt host. Thank you very much.

Sergio is a wonderful host! From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. It was very easy to find the apartment, because when we got off the bus, he was already waiting for us from his balcony. Every morning, he woke up early to prepare breakfast for us, with coffee and latte made by him, something we really appreciated. The place was very clean, and the room was even more beautiful than in the photos. Even though we don’t speak Italian, we understood each other very well. Thank you, Sergio, for your hospitality! I will definitely come back in the future 😊😊

Without a doubt the best air bnb experience and host we’ve ever had! Andrea picked us up from the station, gave us lifts to local stations & sightseeing when he could, beautiful breakfast, so many great recommendations, interesting information about Rome, etc, felt very looked after and safe. Super friendly, nice vibes, best communication I’ve ever had. We are hoping we can come back soon :)

We had a great 2 week in Riano. Roberto listened to our requests and was extremely responsive. The villa is perfect, the pool is even bigger than in the photos, very well located but traveling by car is recommended! Shops are nearby for shopping, even as some small restaurants. Hoping to return as soon as possible to enjoy the charm of Italy.

Very nice place. Right near middle of town and easily accessible to grocery stores, restaurants and bars. Place gets cleaned almost daily, and very easy access to communication with the owner. Great spot

What can I say? In this case, 5 stars is almost too little. Very kind, responsive and attentive to details. We chose the property because in the evening we had to attend a concert at the Parco della Musica and for this purpose the property is perfect. A clean, welcoming environment with everything you might need for the night. highly recommended

Really perfect location, almost opposite the subway entrance. Antonella really wants to be discreet, (I agree with the other comments, we didn't feel like we were sharing the apartment with huge volumes at all) and that you had a great stay. Vouchers for breakfasts at the cafe downstairs of the building that hosts good live musicians in the evening (no noise problem, rest assured, extremely quiet atmosphere in the room), practicality of travel with e.g. the Colosseum 15 minutes max walk, and connection with Termini train station and Vittorio Emanuele metro. Thank you for the Vespa keychains, our daughter loved them 🥰
