Thanks to the isolation of part of the terrace it is possible to sunbathe in absolute privacy. At 350m, a Club pool/restaurant is accessible only at the conditions listed in Section: Neighborhood

La Casa con ingresso indipendente è parte di uno Stabile "Rurale" di inizio '900. Bagno privato, letto matrimoniale, divano letto, frigo da camera, TV, WI-FI ed una romantica veranda con "vista da cartolina" dove poter sorseggiare un drink, un infuso, fare colazione o addirittura prendere ispirazione ed usarla come "workstation". L'accesso è agevole dalla strada o dal parcheggio, (eventualmente disponibile), attraverso il giardino di limoni, la corte privata e pochi scalini.
