We had a wonderful stay at this apartment for over a month. It’s perfect for remote work, with two work desks and a fast, reliable internet connection. The location is also great—Mercadona and Lidl are just a 2-minute walk away, making grocery shopping super convenient. There’s a beautiful park nearby, perfect for walks and relaxation. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful, ideal for both work and rest.

The small apartment is cozy, tastefully furnished. The city beach is very close and invites you to swim and stroll in fine weather. Just outside the door is also a larger park and shops and sights are within easy walking distance. The entire contact with the landlady was very friendly and pleasant.

Really stylish room in the heart of the City of Gijón! We enjoyed our stay at this lovel place and felt very comfortable. It's so well equiped and has everything one needs for a Citytrip. Would absolutely return to this place at anytime!

This summer, the best choice bar apart from the hotel, a few hundred meters from the beach.The local supermarket nearby Mercadona is only 150 meters away.The main room is the newly renovated new house, everything is new.Large kitchen and living room, perfect for a family to live for a long time

We had a great stay at Pedro’s apartment. Pedro greeted us upon arrival, gave us recommendations for local restaurants, and was a very responsive host. The apartment has beautiful views and was within walking distance of great restaurants and the beach. I would highly recommend staying here!

We spent a month in Ivan's apartment and we really enjoyed it. Firstly, it's convenience - it has an underground parking place (a bit small for a larger car but it's how it is in most of Spain), it has a proper desk and an office chair for work, the internet was reliable and we found everything needed to cook, organise our stuff, etc. Its location is great, especially if you have a dog. There is a park a few steps away, another park 15 minutes away, the beach is 25 minutes walking. There are at least a few groceries shops nearby. The apartment itself was clean, nicely organised and decorated, we felt like at home. Ivan was friendly and responsive, provided some tips and recommendations. I'd highly recommend this place.

Great place right at the beachfront. Everything you need is there. I like it when an apartment has a washing machine, this cuts down on the amount of clothing you have to bring. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and spacious. As mentioned before though, if you are a light sleeper, make sure to bring some ear plugs. WiFi was fast and reliable, more important for me than the TV. Check-in was done in person by Pilar, who was very friendly and thorough in explaining everything and brought some welcome cookies. Supermarkets, cafés and restaurants are in walking distance. Very much appreciated was the shop with automated storage lockers right next door. Also, if you come here to work (like I did), there is a great coworking space a five minute walk away - WAX as in Work Arena Xixon. Overall this was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely come back.

Everything was more than clean and tidy, completely pristine. It's the best apartment I've ever stayed. Avelino has always been attentive to everything, he responds almost instantly. It is an apartment equipped with everything you need, not a single detail is missing. It's totally worth staying in the apartment. It is impossible to be more satisfied with the choice of this apartment. A 10 in all aspects.

the stay was great. The apartment matches the photographs, everything is very clean and the host is very attentive to us, he responded quickly to any questions we asked. The only thing we would have liked to know is that there was no elevator because we were a little loaded, otherwise everything was perfect, we will definitely repeat.

Right in the center of the old town, close to both beaches and a lot of food. Apartment was clean and spacious.

Perfect accommodation to see Gijon and Asturias. The beach is just across the street and everything is within walking distance. If you are traveling by car, it saves stress, as a parking space in the underground car park is included. Good restaurants and cafes are nearby. Marte is very nice and sent us many recommendations from the area.

We spent 5 wonderful days in Gijón, the apartment was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Parking in the whole area is blue, it was a bit difficult to park, but with our plan to leave early to visit other towns, we didn't pay for the blue zone during the night. You feel right at home when you arrive tired from the whole day because of the apartment's comfort. If we go back to Gijón, it will be to this apartment. I recommend it.

We loved everything! The apartment is just like in the photos. Super clean, comfortable and with many details that made the stay very pleasant. The location was perfect, very close to everything. Moni and her daughter were a 10: very kind, attentive and always willing to help with anything. They even gave us a lot of local recommendations that were great. We would definitely come back without thinking. 100% recommended. Thank you for everything!

The location is very good, and in the photos it looked very good, but when we arrived we were very surprised and for the better, it is even better than it looked. We were 2 couples, and without even asking, Raquel wrote to me to give me the option of entering before the time since she had it ready, and the same for the departure, something that we thank her very much for since we were going for a wedding and it complicated our bedtime. The apartment was super clean, all the details very well taken care of, you feel like you're in your own home. Raquel, the hostess, a 10, very nice and attentive and above all, thoughtful, since she took care of details such as leaving us some breakfast, a bottle of cold water, and even toothpaste and toothbrushes, as if she knew me and knew that I had forgotten mine🤣. Without a doubt, when we return to Gijón, we will return to your apartment if it is available.

The house is very well located, close to downtown, 10 minutes walk to the port. It is fully renovated, identical to as shown in the pictures. There is a supermarket right next door, a bakery.. Having a garage is a relief because it would be very difficult to park on the street.. I really liked it and I've been very comfortable.

We had a very pleasant stay in Salinas and the appartement matched our expectations. It was generally clean, altough some areas could benefit from extra cleaning (e.g. shower, ventilation system). The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It is also very quiet in the building

The area, the apartment and the kindness and good treatment of both Jessica and her mother, has been spectacular. We will be back for sure!

The place was in an excellent location and was pristine. The parking was well managed, about 10mins slow walk with lotsa baggage but it was well worth it.

We were looking for a quiet end and in a natural environment, we had this accompanied by friendly treatment from Eduardo, who also advised us on the best restaurants and places to visit nearby.
