Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Cinisi

I am very pleased that I was able to rent the apartment. We were pleasantly surprised on many levels. Also small and large gifts on site. Contact the owner at any time of the day. Even better in person than in the pictures. Swimming pool with swimming accessories with a massager, many deckchairs and chairs. The terrace is also fully equipped. The kitchen is perfectly equipped - from pots to wine glasses. 3 towels per person, clean and fragrant. A clean and well-maintained place. Check-in with a code - so great for people who don't want to have contact with the owner. The parking lot is private, so you don't have to worry about damage. If you are by car, you have everything nearby, Lidl, restaurants, mini-supermarkets, close to the highway. 10 min to the airport. Peace and quiet among the vegetation. View of the mountains and the sea - something beautiful! I will definitely choose this accommodation when I want to fly to Sicily! I was in a group of 5 (family) and everyone was satisfied. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic location for the beach and within a short drive to a wide range of restaurants. Rosanna was accessible and very responsive!

Marina has set the bar unattainably high for any other AirBnb host! Not only was the house absolutely beautiful, it was clean, organized, perfectly located, and had every amenity you could think of (plus more that you didn't remember!). On top of that, Marina is a gem of a person. I've never been to the same AirBnb twice because we like going to new places, but I really hope to make coming back here an annual tradition! This was by far one of my favorite places i have stayed! The home itself was so much better than the photos but even more was the unbelievable hospitality that we experienced from Maria Francesca and Gaetano. BRAVO to these hosts!! Even though we arrived late they met us and welcomed us in, explaining everything. They came to say goodbye also and were only message away for whatever need we had. If you are ever in Palermo this place is a MUST!! THANK YOU

We have very much enjoyed a week in Ute’s lovely house. Well equipped, very private and quiet, we felt at home instantly! Nice (vegetable) garden, beautiful views to mountains and from roof terrace also to sea. Pool is lovely. Like I said to Ute: a real paradise. We hope to return in future! We had a beautiful, amazing stay! We started off our trip in Catania area and finished it here. It’s only a couple min ride from the airport which was great for us since we flew out of Palermo. The home looked just like the photos. In fact, the yard/pool even looked bigger in real life. We couldn’t use the pool because it rained a bit during our stay, but it was super clean/we still had a blast and enjoyed sitting outside when it stopped raining. We traveled with 4 young children and they absolutely loved the play area on the lawn. That was such a nice added bonus. Home was spotless and had enough space to fit our group of 12. PLENTY of extra blankets and linen. Each room had AC which was nice too. Host was very responsive and great at communicating! We didn’t have any issues finding the home and we were greeted upon arrival with some yummy pies and snacks. So grateful we found this gem.

We had a great stay! The house is located in a super nice area, we slept well and enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the evenings. The salt water was just not so comfortable and didn't really give a clean feeling to shower with. Furthermore, everything was to your liking and we would definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely location right by the sea, and you can walk down and swim in the bay in a few minutes. The villa is very spacious and the kitchen has every utensil you might need for cooking, including three different coffee machines and 2 fridges. Erice, Segesta, Selinunte and other sights all within reach (<1hr).

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Nicoletta's Airbnb. The apartment was comfortable and well-maintained, and the location was ideal for exploring the area, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and transport to Palermo. The rooftop terrace and sea views were a definite highlight, providing a relaxing atmosphere after days of sightseeing. The space was bigger than it looked in the photos and there was a community feel in the common areas. Nicoletta and her team were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. When we had a mix-up with our transportation, they were very understanding and went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of and that everything was resolved. This level of support made a big difference and allowed us to truly enjoy our vacation without any added stress. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a great stay with excellent hosts.

Such a cute and quiet place to get away from the city just what we needed! Tania was so nice and we were able to hang out in the garden, pick the fig trees, have eggs from her chickens! Just incredible experience!

The apartment was wonderful, even nicer than the pictures and was so great to relax in after long days of exploring Palermo. The location was perfect just away from the crowded streets but central enough to walk every where including the station. It’s in a lovely square with a great bar and friendly staff that we enjoyed going to everyday! There is loud music from the bar until late in the evenings on fri & sat only but this wasn’t a surprise to us as other guests had mentioned it and it didn’t bother us. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back.

Flavia's place was perfect for our 7 day stay over Easter. Spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed for a wonderful stay. comfy beds. great shower and just enough supply's for a little bit of cooking. so central to everything in Palermo that we had no trouble getting around. Palermo parties over Easter late into the night so earplugs were needed but that is because we went to bed earlier than others 😅 would definitely book this apartment again

Five stars are hardly enough! Our stay at Rosario’s place was absolutely wonderful – not just because of the lovely and well-kept accommodation, but especially thanks to Rosario himself. From the very beginning, communication was warm and easy, and upon arrival, Rosario welcomed us with genuine kindness and a wealth of helpful local tips. He showed us places we never would have discovered on our own! For example we ate the best Pizza in our lifes because of his recommendation. What truly stood out was how incredibly attentive and caring he was throughout our stay. We could reach out to him anytime with questions or needs, and he checked in with us every single day to make sure everything was going well. As a special and unexpected gesture, he even drove us to the train station on our departure day – something we deeply appreciated. Rosario is a host with a big heart, and we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our stay special!

We spent a week in October in beautiful sunshine. We loved the personal family nature of this house. Beautiful stylish and creative decor. Idyllic location for privacy with the most gorgeous terrace. We swam off the rocks with snorkels to see some colourful fish. Nearby San Vito lo Cappo was great for food, sandy beach and shops. A perfect holiday!

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. The place was so picturesque and cozy, it instantly felt like a home away from home. We loved how peaceful and private it was, with several beautiful, quiet beaches nearby to explore at our own pace. Communication with our host was amazing! so thoughtful and responsive, which made everything so easy. It truly was the perfect escape, and we’re already dreaming about coming back.

A great accommodation in a quiet area near Scopello. Beautiful bays for snorkeling and swimming can be quickly reached by car. In addition, there are very good restaurants with authentic Sicilian cuisine within a few minutes. The accommodation is really good - everything there that is needed, it is clean and beautifully furnished. I liked the outdoor area the best. Outdoor shower with warm water, there are also many seating options around the house. The view is fantastic. Daniele is a wonderful host. We felt very comfortable.

We had an amazing time at Giacoma & Carlo’s villa. Everything was as the pictures in the listing and the view of both the mountains and the sea was perfect from the terrace. Giacoma & Carlo was super responsive whenever we had a question and helped make our stay perfect.

Stunning location. On the front side, the (small) mount Bonifato and the sea; on the back, hilly Sicily as far as the eye can see. Very peaceful, one can enjoy some days of calm here. Hosts are very welcoming and cleanliness was much appreciated. One point to consider for car entusiasts: in case of a lowered/sport car, the last 200m of acces road could be a challenge.

Great spot just a stone’s throw from the beach. The villa has everything you need for cooking. Everything worked out great.

Natalia was very helpful, responding straight away to all our questions. She is a very lovely lady, she even baked us some sicilian cakes which were delicious. The villa was very well equipped. We had a good time.

We had a great stay at the place. The view is priceless, and the location is very private and quiet. Giuseppe welcomed us very warmly and was always easily accessible. The house was very clean and tidy, only a few pots were still greasy. In front of the house is a very busy bridge that makes some noise during the day, but that doesn't bother you any further. We would come back.
