Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Citrus Park

Melissa‘s place was affordable, clean, cozy and easy to find. Lots of stuff to do nearby. We went to a concert in Tampa. She is located only 2.9 miles from the Raymond James Stadium. There’s a Walmart nearby, plenty of shopping and food. Lots of food trucks, and even a waffle house less than 1/2 a mile away. She had coffee/creamer and a blow dryer, which we’re all nice to have on hand! The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash all smelled great! I went with my son, who turned 13 while we were there, for our 3night/4day getaway. I was a little nervous about having an Airbnb with only the two of us, in a city I’m completely unfamiliar with, but this cozy little Airbnb is literally adjacent to her house. There was a nice patio too. You had to go through a gate under carport to get to our Airbnb. I felt very safe here, and that meant a lot to me. The neighbors were nice too. I recommend Melissa’s place if you travel to Tampa for business or pleasure!!

10/10 highly recommend. Karina’s place is located conveniently close to stores and restaurants. The home had everything we needed and could think of for our stay! From toiletries, beach chairs, cooler,seasoning, sugar, and coffee. I would like to note, The master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable. I had the best sleep ever in that bed! The neighborhood is family friendly. We all felt extremely safe with two cameras in the front and two in the back of the property. Karina’s prompt response is 10/10. Don’t think twice just book!

My family and I came to town for an event and this house was absolutely perfect for our needs. We have two growing boys who struggle to share a bed, so having the two individual beds was absolutely perfect! Everything was neat and tidy and we felt right at home. Having the basketball court and Pickleball court right across the street was fantastic, wish we could’ve gotten more use, but it was a short stay. It was nice being able to look out the kitchen window while cooking dinner and see the boys on the Pickleball court. Despite having the park right there, the house felt very quiet and peaceful. I loved the additional touches like extra toiletries and snacks, Yesenia is a fantastic host.

Dayanna is a great host. Quick to answer questions, issues, food recommendations. Will definitely want to book this as a family getaway in the future.

Quite little place in a save neighborhood, close to downtown and other interesting apits. Fast wifi, comfy bed, small kitchen nook. The only thing that couples should keep in mind: even standard toilet paper is not allowed to be flushed, so you have to dispose used toilet paper in a special bin that’s meant to kill the odor. I reckon most folks won’t mind this, but for us as a young couple that was quite special! Apart from that: perfect!

Very clean, modern cute place to stay!It looks like the pictures. The neighborhood was a mix of a lot of trailer homes - trashy - and only a few modern nice houses. Property has 2 houses behind it on the same lot. Was kinda weird but nothing was an issue. There was silverware, plates, and pans, but there was no salt pepper, cooking oil. I had to buy to buy everything which was pretty unfortunate. Other than that it was a great place to stay. Close to convenient stores and in what seemed to be the suburbs. Would possibly stay again!

Excellent stay. For us the location was perfect. The place is nice and clean. The host is very friendly and helpful.

If i could give 100 stars I would. This place is such a vibe. the house is absolutely stunning and they take care of you like you are family. There was coffee in the pantry, they have shampoo, conditioner and body wash if you want to use. The beds are very comfortable and the place is so clean. The outside was great for the kids. The house is located in a really good place close to everything. We felt like we were in our own home. Thank you so much for providing such a great experience for us.

Another great stay! I’ve stayed at a few of this host’s places and they’ve all been consistently excellent. This one was super clean, exactly like the photos, and I really appreciated the early check-in. Everything was smooth and hassle-free—would definitely recommend. This was a wonderful apartment and perfect for my sister and I. Everything was clean and felt like home. I love the private entrance and definitely felt safe! It’s conveniently located near 275, the airport, stadium and Tampa hot spots. Communication and instructions were very clear from the start! This is exactly what we were hoping for and couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be back! Thank you Isisley!

I would definitely recommend this place 😁 it was quite and clean just as described. I stayed 2 nights and had no problems. The outside patio was nice and private 🥰

Pretty nice the place and the hospitality

Clean, cute little place. Has a small fridge/freezer, not the big one in the pics, if you need that. The mattress on the bed was kinda weird, but overall this was a great place for the value. Very clean and tidy, quiet and private.

Lovely place. Small but perfect for 2 people. Nice cold ac and good water pressure in the shower.

Lisas place was in a great location to visit many of the local attractions. Her commutation was superb. I will definitely be back!

Chris was a great host. He answered all of our questions and gave us great advice and recommendations. The property was amazing. His décor was outstanding! The details were perfect. The property was easy to access and easy to enter. The Bay and pool were right outside our window. The bar at the pool had lots of options. There was even entertainment on Friday night at the pool. We felt completely safe and the parking was also easy and covered (under the condo). We loved our stay at this property. Highly recommend property and host!

The condo/apartment was nice. It was clean. It match the description. The other residents were friendly. It was not very noisy from local traffic. Mark was very responsive. We didn't need the local lady for anything.

Daniel‘s condo was the perfect little stay for us. It is quiet and private. The people at the pool were so friendly. It’s one of the most comfortable beds in the world. We found a very nice authentic restaurant Mexican close by and shopping was within walking distance. The condo was neat and clean and had everything we needed.

It was a very clean place and a great location. We were there to attend an event at Raymond James which was only a short drive, and close enough to the beach to enjoy that as well. The balcony was nice and private. We loved being able to just sit and enjoy the peaceful water view!

This place was very clean, and up to date inside. Hot tub was such a plus. Everything matched the photos! Very good price!!

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.

Our stay at Alan's place was absolutely fantastic! Alan was incredibly responsive and helpful. The condo was perfect for our weekend golf tournament. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place to others!
