La casa è affittata ad uso esclusivo, totalmente ristrutturata ed è dotata di ogni comfort. Luminosa, silenziosa, immersa nei giardini della tenuta (in cui si trova anche la nostra abitazione familiare) e con patio esterno. A 5 minuti dalle spiagge, dal Parco Archeologico di Locri Epizefiri e a 10 minuti dal borgo di Gerace.

Ampi spazi interni ed esterni, luminosi, due balconi e un terrazzo con due fresche camere da letto, una matrimoniale e una singola con due letti, cucina confortevole e vivibile, soggiorno - sala da pranzo con camino e tv. Da poco c'è la tassa di soggiorno a persona di euro 1,00 Dal primo Novembre al 30 Aprile, e di euro 2,00 dal primo Maggio al 31 Ottobre, per un massimo di sette notti.
