We got off to a bad start as we had the old lock code and had to ring to gain entrance and then I set off the alarm ! Wieslawa was quick to answer and sort everything out. From there it was smooth sailing. The house is in a quiet street within walking distance to restaurants, cafes , buses and the tram . It is clean , comfortable and has every amenity. The bathrooms are super modern and house is quaint and gorgeous. We also enjoyed the little courtyard for a cup of tea.

The Spotted Cow was so much more than we were expecting. We loved it so much that we extended our stay twice! Very well located - central, easy to get around but also lovely and quiet. The check-in instructions were simple, it was easy to access the house and we wanted for nothing during our stay. Great communication from the hosts throughout. The eclectic theme throughout the property is a fantastic touch - we spent hours investigating all the wonderful additions and it was a great discussion point for the family. Something interesting everywhere you look! Thank you for making our stay in Adelaide all the better :-)

Great place to stay,close to pubs and restaurants and a nice walk to Adelaide Oval. Convenient and clean house and Benjamin was easily contactable. Would definetly stay again!

Excellent cottage style stay just on the outskirts of the CBD. Virginia's property was meticulously clean and well presented. She provided all the basic amenities for being self-contained and the location was excellent. Communication was proactive and fast, and she made us feel very welcome. Would absolutely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Janelle’s property. The photo’s and description were spot on. Brilliant location and the house was perfect for our family stay. This was the perfect house for our stay in Adelaide. The beds were very comfortable with lovely sheets. Plenty of clean towels and gorgeous bathroom products. Having the bedrooms upstairs (and two baths!) was great. They were private and quiet and had ceiling fans! Having the discreet spaces downstairs (kitchen area, courtyard, lounge and study) meant everyone could comfortably do their own thing; watch tv, do yoga, do some work, hangout together, read etc. The house is in a great location. It’s quiet and a short walk to lovely shops and a great local pub. It was a 15 minute walk to the botanical gardens. Highly recommended!

Such a great city base. Super clean and comfortable. Queenly was great to communicate with and was flexible and accommodating. The pool and rooftop garden were superb! Suited us perfectly. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Queenly!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peter’s Place. It was clean, with a very comfortable bed, shower was excellent and great facilities especially the full sized fridge. We wish we were there in summer to enjoy the beautiful pool. Peter was easy to communicate with and he responded promptly. Gidget and Tommy our 2 Labradors enjoyed their stay, the outside area is beautifully tiled with a gorgeous garden but there is no grass for dogs to roll around on.

Do you need a break of unparalleled peace and beauty beside a babbling brook? Come stay here: it is fantastic! A very short trip from the Adelaide CBD and you are amidst the quiet beauty of Brownhill Creek flourishing with koalas, 'roos and native birds. I've stayed at many tiny houses (mostly based on a single shipping container), but Margie's place is a purpose-built delight of design and thoughtful construction. Warm in winter, possible to passively cool in the summer or just crank the aircon. A brand new build with everything you could want for a romantic mini-break for a local wishing to totally escape from the city inside a 20 minute drive or a chance to walk in nature for an interstate or overseas visitor. Margie's communication is responsive, humourous and supportive both before and during the stay and provided simple staples but also a stunning bottle of wine and other alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Sincerely, I cannot recommend a more beautiful and simple stay.

We had such a wonderful coast side getaway at Victoria's property! From the moment we arrived, Victoria was so lovely and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The AirBnB itself was just perfect for our needs. The boys absolutely loved having the pool to splash around in, and the garden was a real highlight – it was so lovely and secure, our puppy absolutely thrived having the space to roam. We truly had a relaxing and enjoyable time here and are already hoping to book again in the summer. Highly recommend!

A lovely little granny flat at the back of a family home. Had everything I needed for a multi-day stay and some lovely homely touches too. Area is completely paved (bit tricky for toileting if travelling with a pet) but there's a park right across the road. thank you for a lovely stay

We chose this property based on its location, size and the fact it had a large pool for the kids – it did not disappoint on any of these. Location was great for us, albeit a little further out of the city but our priority was to be close to the beach and as it was only one block away, it was perfect. The property is about a 15min walk from Semaphore centre which has plenty of amenities, small supermarket, restaurants and shops and with Henley beach less than a 10 minute drive away, there are plenty of options. The property has lots of space, the four bedrooms were a good size. The living areas were substantial as were the outdoor areas. The property would benefit from some cosmetic work, some paint was peeling off in some areas but this did not detract in any way from our stay. We would certainly stay at this property again. A big thank you to our hosts ☺️

Thoroughly enjoyed this place, had my friend and his family stay with me for a few nights. The local cafes and bars mate it an easy place to position myself for the stay.

So much character in this charming home, we had a lovely stay.

Lucy is a great , responsive and approachable host. The place is very clean, their attention to details throughout the property, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, and the thoughtful touches in every aspect are simply outstanding. They prepared milk, eggs, bacon, yoghurt , drinks, coffee , tea and snacks for our breakfast. Excellent for my family. The garage is huge. Instructions provided are clear n precise. It’s close by the city, supermarket is just a 1 min walk away. Red ruby flamingo / oconnell bakery are just another 1 min walk away. We will come back to stay again.

Amazing house for our needs! So great to find a dog-friendly place walking distance to the city, with easy access to loads of other areas on foot, by transport, or car. Nicholas was very helpful and friendly, we felt instandly at home, and we hope to stay again if coming to Adelaide.

We had a wonderful long term stay. The apartment is in the heart of North Adelaide with everything you need (supermarket, restaurants) right around the corner. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped and Lucy was easy to contact and responsive when we needed to talk to her.
