Holiday rentals with a pool in City of Naga

it was a beautiful stay again here I already have my new place once I am returning back to Cebu for the price the Appartement is really nice thank you again

The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

This place is amazing, lots of rooms, and private. Pool is great! Host is friendly as well. 10/10!

We've bsen a clienf/guests of Sir Rex place for about 8yrs now. Almost every year we rented his place (he has various of property to choose). Just a perfect avenue for family get together. The place is so spacious. So loving it. Thank you for having this kind of space for us to bond with our family.

Cozy Stay with Great Comfort – But a Car is Recommended I had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb! The place is cozy, clean, and comes with all the essentials you’d need for a comfortable visit. The air conditioning works really well, which made the stay even more relaxing. It’s located inside a subdivision, so it’s quiet and secure, but you’ll need a car or ride to get around more easily. The good news is there are small convenience stores within the subdivision for quick needs. The playground is well-maintained and great for kids. The only downside was that the swimming pool wasn’t very clean during our stay. Still, I would definitely book this home again if we ever visit Cebu — it’s also conveniently close to the airport, which is a big plus!

It’s our third time staying at Jane’s home. We must say that it keeps getting better each time. She listens to her guests’ and takes suggestions to heart. It truly reflects on how well-maintained her home is. It is very straight forward, no unnecessary item or furniture that eats up space. Everything you find inside has a purpose. Jane’s welcome note and welcome treat are consistent, which we find very thoughtful.

It’s an amazing experience to stay such a stunning, gorgeous space! I like how the arrangement sets in, with the wide views outside. I love the linens and the furniture provided, it makes the ambiance more relaxing and comforting. What a wonderful experience! Roxanne is an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Our family had a fantastic time. From the moment we have open the unit's door, we are all blown away by the beautiful design of bunks and thoughtful amenities. The place is truly a goal.😍 Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. It was a true home away from home. We jokingly tell each family member that we do not wish to leave. 😂The welcome basket was a lovely touch for our kids and us kids at heart we're so happy to bring those two bears home. I only stayed two nights at Cristy's place but it was a very comfortable stay and when I'm back in Cebu I'll be staying there again for sure. the view was great and the bed mega comfortable! Walking distance from the Ayala Mall and I was surprised how quiet it is inside the apartment from the sound outside. all in all, the perfect apartment for a solo trip to Cebu! The balcony was an added bonus.

This is a recommended place to stay for those who want to enjoy a private and quiet resort for adults. Everything was as described. There were detailed and accurate instructions on how to get there from the airport and how to check in. There were plenty of towels and a gift of snacks in the room. The clean kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. The resort staff were all friendly, and the area was very calm and quiet. The resort building is quite far from the entrance, so you need a taxi to get out. You can purchase a one-day pass at the resort for $1,800, but the maximum you can use for meals is $1,100, and breakfast was $1,000. There are not many fish on the compact private beach. If you want to enjoy the beach, I recommend joined an island hopping tour.

We had a comfortable stay, had a good sleep and the feeling that the place was just like home given the setup of the unit. Thank you and look forward going back to Cebu.
