Super-convenient for the airport, but also peaceful, quiet, with a relaxed neighbourhood feel. The host was great! A real plus, making everything easy, and very flexible. I highly recommend this place - the actual apartment is great, comfortable, enough space and clean, well organised - nothing bad.

I love how there was washer and dryer, enough towels, comfortable bed and very comfortable sofa that we probable slept pn most of the days 😂. A Perfect Stay in Mandaue! I had an incredible stay at this beautifully maintained condo. The space was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, and the washer and dryer were convenient. Taking out the trash was easy and nearby. And security was friendly and very helpful. The condo’s location is unbeatable—close to the malls and restaurants. The balcony, seaside view, pool, gym, and secure parking made the stay even more enjoyable. Mary was a great host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. She provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Mandaue or Cebu City. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!

The host has been very responsive even prior to check in and makes sure you have a comfortable stay. She also has a great caretaker, when we need something they assist promptly. I highly recommend the place especially for those who have travel plans to go to the north and south of Cebu.

The value is very, very good. There were no wheels, no ants. There were old traces, but the tidiness and cleanliness were very good, and I used the washer + dryer all-in-one every day. Hot water came out very well for two days, but suddenly it didn't come out, but I just washed it. Heh heh. He responded right away, and since I didn't have any inquiries for more than two days, he first told me to tell him if I had any inconveniences. The kitchen sink is also clean. There were plenty of towels. It's convenient and not crowded because it's within walking distance of nearby living facilities. There was plenty of space for my 5th grade son and his mom, and there was an air-conditioned living room and bedroom, and the control was good, and there was no moldy smell. It's a wall-mounted air conditioner, so there's no noise. There was a vacuum cleaner and a rolling pin, so I just did it simply and lived well for 6 nights. You can log in to Netflix and watch YouTube. There is a space for garbage next to the elevator, so you can dispose of it every day. And most importantly, the bed mattress was so comfortable and nice. I prefer hard mats, but it was very comfortable and perfect for us. The pillow was comfortable, and the blanket wasn't thin, so it was nice. I'd like to visit again if I'm in town for my next plan. I think it would be nice to live there for a month during the vacation. Oh, and the swimming pool on the 5th floor is spacious and great for spending time.

The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. She will respond to all of your inquiries. Everything you need is already in the venue because it is well furnished. Despite being somewhat remote, the location is incredibly peaceful and comfortable. You really get what you pay for. It has the impression of being your own home for your entire stay. The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

It was a great place to stay. The house was big and spacious. they kept it clean as well. The neighbourhood was quit and walkable. it was refreshing for me and my family to go for swimming, bicycling & walking inside the subdivision. we were able to go to the nearby beaches with just one ride from the door as we called the guardhouse and they send the local three-wheeler to the house door. the host was quik to response and very friendly. in one word it was a wonderful experience staying here and we will definitely comeback again.

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

Staying here was easy, the host was responsive and flexible with check-in. The pics were accurate. Good value and neighborhood had friendly gate guards. Nearby tricycle drivers are available. If you want to park your car, it is available for a small fee. The laundry was very useful and I was able to use the kitchen to use cook a few things. Place was a little hard to locate once inside the subdivision, especially at night. Would recommend this place to others. Thank you for the good stay.

Ikigai is the best place ever. We had a very pleasant experience during our stay. The onsite staff was very accommodating. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The views from the balconies are absolutely stunning. If you need a place to get away from it all with an amazing view, this is the place for you. Loved everything about this stay!

We've bsen a clienf/guests of Sir Rex place for about 8yrs now. Almost every year we rented his place (he has various of property to choose). Just a perfect avenue for family get together. The place is so spacious. So loving it. Thank you for having this kind of space for us to bond with our family.

This was my second trip to cebu , and Queno place is perfect if you want to be near everything. You can walk right across the street and you have everything from coffee cafes , Japanese food, chicken & beer , night club , dunkin donuts , breakfast lounge with a full bar and food menu, and at night it's a hookah lounge upstairs.

Traveling to Cebu City? This place is the best! Room Size The one-bedroom unit is spacious and comfortable. Swimming Pool Perfect for families—especially those traveling with kids. Mixed-Use Complex There’s a grocery store and casual dining on the first floor, plus a kids’ café on the second—so convenient! Friendly Host The host is amazing—responds to messages within 5 minutes!

OK. Marlyn was great, Friendly and responsive. Met us on arrival at unit. The unit and area and everything was just like the photos. The only downside was the Pool was pay as you use. 200/adult 100/child per day. Close to SM Seaside, Ocean Park Cebu and most things. Just a 10 min taxi from Cebu South bus terminal to unit. Just tell the Security you are staying at un it 2024, your car space is 36, north end of units, elevator to floor2. Would definitely stay again. Air Conditioners were great, 1 in each room. Water filters and boiling water on demand for Coffee. Could have been some floor mats in Shower area as it is tiled.

The place was neat & clean. The host was there to welcome us when we check in & give us orientation of her place & the amenities as well. next time we'll have our beach time, We'll definitely be back to book w/ her place again.
