Monthly Rentals in City of Nedlands

Maree’s studio was once again perfect for our needs. So safe, clean and close to where we needed to be. The accommodation has everything we need and we will be back.

We had a great stay here. The accommodation is in a very peaceful, safe area and easy to walk to shops and the train or bus. Beautifully neat with everything you need. Ron and Helen were perfect hosts- really helpful all the way through. We'd definitely stay here again!

Spent a wonderful week staying at the house. It was clean and came with all the amenities needed for a family stay. My kids especially liked the place and appreciated the space.

I have had great times staying at Claire and Gary’s place both the cabin and the apartment. It is a short walk from the hospital/uni and surrounded by lots cafes and eateries. I come to Perth for work trips but it would suit holidays too. The place is always presented professionally cleaned and all facilities available. It has a home away from home feel, very comfortable where you can unwind after a long day. Claire is very responsive on the app and showed me around everywhere herself when I first arrived. I felt very welcomed. I am looking forward to coming back soon.
