The authentic courtyard is the perfect place to have a bottle of rosé in a fresh summer night. The apartment is located 10 mins walk between the famous party quarter and Heroes square. The house was designed by Károly Hild, one of the greatest architects of the 19th century and built in 1867 on behalf of a wealthy card manufacturer. However, some architectural blunders from the communist times can still be discovered on the building. The house has an internal staircase that leads to the first floor where the apartment is located. You can enjoy the interior courtyard while sitting in the hallway at a table and having a drink. The beautifully and newly furnished apartment is equipped with: free wi-fi, heater for winter, air condition for summer, washing machine, microwave, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster and a kettle. The famous and spectacular Andrassy Avenue with its numerous historic villas, embassies and residensies is only a few minutes walk. Another must-see attraction is the Széchenyi Bath only 3 metro stops away. The Metro Line 1 is the oldest metro on the European continent. If you feel like exploring the city without using the public transport, it is also possible as you can reach almost all highlights with a pleasant walk. Each day a picturesque sunset is included with the view. This is a good place if you want to have an ice-cold "fröccs"! • The bright, well-equipped kitchen where you can find all the tools you need to cook something delicious. • Pretty lights in the afternoon (facing west) and a comfortable queen size bed with foam mattress. All amenities in the entire apartment are available exclusively for you. We'll always be available by phone, email, airbnb messaging if needed, but otherwise you will have complete privacy and exclusive access to the entirety of the apartment for you to enjoy. We are always free if you have any questions and close by if you need anything. The apartment is a block from the iconic Andrassy Avenue and Heroes Square. It's a 20-minute walk to the Jewish Quarter, well-known for its vibrant nightlife, hip coffee shops, and cool restaurants. The building is right in front of a trolleybus station from where there are buses going in every 4 minutes towards the Parliament (15 minutes ride). Erzsébet Körút is either 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes ride with the trolleybus, from there you can take the tram 4-6 which is the busiest tram-line in Budapest operating 24/7 which takes you pretty much all around the city center. Keleti Railway Station is also a 8 minutes walk or 3 minutes ride with the trolleybus (78) to the other direction, from there you can take the subway M3 and M4. The surrounding streets offer a lot of free parking premises, also it's really safe to leave your car there even for a longer time.

Our apartment is located in the Budapest Broadway, at the border of the 6th and the 5th district.The building was built in 1903 according to the plans of Alfred Wellisch and it is in nice condition now. The elevator takes you up to the top floor (3rd floor), where you see wide original cement tiles on the corridor floor. In the corner on the left-hand-side you will find the front door of the apartment. Upon entering the apartment you find yourself in the spacious entry hall. Immediately on the right you find the bathroom no.1, following that comes the laundry then the on left side is the bedroom no.2. If you go straight, you arrive to the huge living room. After entering the living room you can find bedroom no. 1 on the right side. You will locate a "secret" door in there (on the right side). Behind it there is a walk-in warderobe and crossing it you arrive to the bathroom no.2. The apartment has very high quality in every details. We have many designer pieces.:-) Equipment: Wifi, Samsung Smart UHD"46"tv with keyboard, Satellite channels, Washing machine, Iron, Drying rack. During your stay you can contact me on phone, viber, skype, messenger, whatsapp. The apartment is around the corner from the grand boulevard in Budapest's historic downtown area, close to the Opera, St Stephen's Basilica, the Hungarian Parliament Building, the WestEnd shopping center, and the city's famous ruin bars. The elevator in the building is only to be used to go up, after arriving, it has to be sent back to the ground floor.
