Loft holiday rentals in Ciudad López Mateos

This is the perfect place for a couple to stay in Mexico City. The space is absolutely beautiful and unique- loved the artwork, furniture, and the loft bedroom. We loved opening the balcony doors on both floors and listening to the afternoon rain. The neighborhood was also wonderful- walkable, safe, and overall really nice. I look forward to visiting CDMX again and hopefully staying here again!

Alex’s space was amazing! Had everything and anything we needed. Super kind and responsive to any questions we had that popped up. The check in was super easy and was greeted by Laura one of Alex’s helpers who gave us a tour and made sure we felt right at home during our stay. The location was AMAZING. Super cozy, private, and calm. The space was clean and spacious. I will say be ready to climb up a set of stairs everyday after being out and about lol but if you dont mind some stairs then you’ll be okay! I also would add the bathroom was a bit narrow so if you are on the thicker side be prepared to side step a bit. I also wish they had a full body mirror outside of the bathroom since it’s a bit narrow. Outside of my those minor suggestions the apartment is truly a gem and would stay again and again!!! :)

Lovely stay in a quite and clean neighbourhood. the location is perfect for a tourist stay and loved the accessibility and furnishings of the studio.

A very pleasant stay, I went with my parents so they could meet the Virgin of Guadalupe and Mexico City. Mira Cristina was always attentive to our requests and concerns. A place very close to the city center, at the entrance to the accommodation there are restaurants. Also a few blocks away is Walmart to buy food and cook inside the accommodation, it has all the utensils to prepare them and they also have amenities for their guests. Electric lock so you don't have to worry about carrying keys or access cards with you at all times. 24-hour surveillance, a very nice place that I recommend 100% Many thanks to María Cristina.

The place was perfect, very clean and spacious and it was located in a great spot in the city I would definitely book again for next time.

I loved staying at Matilde's place so much I decided to come back and stay in another one of her units. The space has very good energy with a rainbow hammock that allows you to take in the sun from the balcony. There is traffic noise, but I personally like hearing "the sounds of the city" very much and it didn't bother me. The best part about the place is its proximity to the forest. I was able to get up and run every day in the park, which was incredible. There was a laundry machine in the apartment which was super helpful to me and I dried the clothes on the balcony. Had no issues with the wifi, bathroom, or anything else. I love the building, the staff working there, and the rooftop. Matilde always replies right away to messages, met me at the door when I arrived, and is a gem of a person. I feel really lucky I got to stay here, as it provided me with a lot of peace of mind and comfort being a new person to the city. I highly recommend this listing, worth every penny. Thank you!

This was our first time visiting Mexico City, and staying at Juan Cristobal’s place truly made us feel right at home. From the start, his communication was proactive, clear, and incredibly helpful—giving us the confidence to navigate the city with ease. The location is perfect, within walking distance to so many great restaurants, shops, and vibrant neighborhoods. We had an amazing time exploring the beautiful city and always felt comfortable coming back to a cozy, well-situated home base. Our experience: I went to CDMX because I needed to do some paperwork at the Central Military Hospital, so it's an excellent option (it's about 5-8 minutes walk). The whole apartment looks tidy, very clean, almost new. In the kitchen, there is a small grill and a minibar, but with all the necessary dishes and utensils. There is filtered water so you can drink water without having to buy bottles. The bathroom is super clean, the towels, soaps, shampoo and everything is of excellent quality, much better than a hotel. Finally, the bedroom is very cozy. You have a chair to watch TV, a small table to eat or just talk and the bed is king size with several pillows of different firmness so you rest yes or yes. Perhaps the only detail is that in summer you can feel a little hot in the room when you enter, but there is a small tower fan that solves the problem. Overall EXCELLENT;)

Was so comfortable, had everything I needed, and was squeaky clean. The neighborhood was quiet, away from the center/traffic, but also had interesting little restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is located in a great area, with lots of cafes and restaurants just around the corner—perfect for walking and exploring the neighborhood. It can get a bit noisy from the main street, but it didn’t bother us during our stay. Overall, the apartment is nice and comfortable, and we enjoyed our time there!

The accommodation is very comfortable. A tidy, very clean place. I loved that it was an entire place, it feels like home. I also thought it was very safe. Daniel is very nice and the photos show exactly what the space is. I would return and recommend it.

Great place, the host was responsive and open to helping out when needed. The neighborhood is one of my favorites in CDMX. The place is steps away from just about everything you would need to be comfortable. The only drawback is that the bathroom is a little small (I’m 190cm).
