Each room has a desk for working, Wi-Fi, Netflix, and cable TV in the master bedroom, living room, and kitchen, large garden and barbecue area, covered parking for one car and space for two more. It also has two water tanks and a water system. No pets or smoking are allowed inside the house. Convenience store pharmacies are one block away. A supermarket restaurants are nearby.
