We had a great family stay, the place is as it appears in the photos, it is equipped with everything a family needs. They were flexible with check-in and check-out, communication was excellent. Of course, we'll be back and recommend the accommodation.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

This spacious home had everything we needed as a family of three. We were also able to use the private parking, even though we have a larger vehicle. Laura and her husband were very helpful and responsive with everything we needed. It was a quiet and secure place to rest.

We had a great time in Buenos Aires. Carola was so kind, helpful, and flexible. Place was perfect for the four of us with private space for everyone. And wonderful communal space to enjoy each other and a mate. Location could not have been better. We’ll be back!

The stay was very good, we had a few pleasant days with the family, the apartment is very comfortable and cozy. The area is very quiet and nice movement in the center.

Our stay was excellent! The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. Checkin was super smooth and quick. Bianca was wonderful! She provided clear instructions, was very friendly and super responsive whenever I reached out with questions. She also helped coordinate transportation for me which was incredibly helpful since finding a larger sized vehicle can be difficult in Buenos Aires. The location of the apartment is super walkable to great shops, restaurants and bars. There’s so much to do in the area. We also felt very safe during our stay. The 24 hour security is great! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment!

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

If you’re thinking about coming to Buenos Aires, don’t think. Buy the ticket. Come. Stay here. I’m so serious. You’re two blocks away from uptown bar which is sick, las cabras which has phenomenal asado, and super safe neighborhood. Can uber anywhere for less than $10. Book the trip, the only thing you’ll regret is leaving

Great Palermo location to walk to restaurants, shops, and more. Bus stop right in front for easy access to transportation. Their team was very good to communicate with.

Excellent unit in a beautiful part of the northern suburb. Plenty to do! Loved the area and the place itself. Clean, new and fully equipped. Host was extremely accommodating and gracious. Would definitely recommend !!

The apartment is quite spacious, comfortable and clean. You can walk around the neighborhood and visit the different food spots. Highly recommended!

The stay was marked by comfort, practicality and an exceptional location. On the 27th floor of a modern building, the apartment offers stunning views of the city and Rio de la Plata, with a spectacular sunrise every morning. The location is a great differential: surrounded by great restaurants, cafes and markets — some 24 hours — in addition to being close to the subway. Many sights are a few minutes' walk away, making it much easier to travel. The apartment is modern, well ventilated and illuminated. The view is really the highlight, but the structure also deserves praise, with equipped kitchen and utensils available for on-site dining. I recommend to those seeking comfort, practicality and a unique visual experience in Buenos Aires.

I loved the place! Alan always responded to all my questions quickly and was always available to resolve any problems. I would definitely come back. He was also very flexible with check-in and check-out.

Apartment very well located, many cafes, restaurants, market nearby. Quiet streets for walking at any time. Bright apartment, super safe building, quiet neighborhood with no noises. Good bed, small kitchen however complete. Good bathroom also. The charm is really for the private terrace, it's really cool. Santiago answers all messages very quickly.

Very nice place to stay.

Gabriel isn’t a super host: he’s a super super super host. The apartment is kitted out with anything you could possibly want (from clothes steamer to kitchen gadgets). Everything is new and stylish and beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. The area is fab with cafes to Michelin-starred restaurants in the street; a 24-hour policeman outside (for the museum) so it feels super safe; everything you could possibly want is within walking distance (whether museums or concerts or parks). And the porter is super nice and helpful too. Thoroughly recommend this over any hotel suite for a long stay - there’s a work space and strong WiFi too.

This place was absolutely amazing! Easily one of my favorite stays in Buenos Aires. My girlfriend and I spent my birthday here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The apartment had everything you could possibly need and more, and the energy of the space was just so comforting. It was a vibe from the moment we walked in. I felt relaxed, at home, and truly taken care of. Communication exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much for such a special stay!

My stay was a week and it was excellent, the accommodation is beautiful, clean and well decorated, just like the description of the photos and the publication, it is a new and quite quiet building. Highly recommended; I would definitely come back. The host is a super friendly and very attentive person.
