Our house: bright, good layout, comfort, in a quiet area. On the ground floor, beautiful volumes for the kitchen open to the dining area and living room. The kitchen is very well equipped, conducive to conviviality. The 3 bedrooms, bathroom and one of the 2 toilets are upstairs. You will appreciate the quality bedding. In summer, you will enjoy the terrace and garden, in a peaceful and well-maintained area. Live well and sleep well, in a great environment.

The house in which you will be housed is a fully renovated 65m2 habitable townhouse less than 5 minutes walk from Poitiers SNCF train station. It is at the foot of the viaduct allowing access to the city center in less than 10 minutes on foot. Access to the Futuroscope park can be done by train (10 minutes), by car (15 minutes) or by bus. This place is good for families, couples, travelers, business travelers, families (with kids). Sleeps 4.
