Family-friendly holiday rentals in Civitanova Marche

We have been to this beautiful place for the 3rd time, and will come back here again and again as the air, atmosphere and the Casali are very lovingly and constantly maintained. Olive trees, vines all around with 2 well-kept pools, we didn't even drive to the sea so nice is it just relax there and indeed it is a wonderful silence. The dirt road to the houses is a small challenge with lowered cars in the first 3tel (community road), once they have driven the way, they quickly get the hang of which is the ideal line. Very nice, cozy and well served accommodation, beautiful view from the windows of the apartment. Claudia's mom was very helpful and never intrusive to us and gave us tips on what to do in the area. The area is very quiet, amenities are easily accessible. Highly recommended!

A beautiful house in stunning rural surroundings. This is the perfect house for those who want peace and quiet. Host Giampiero is an incredibly sociable guy who wants to provide the best experience when staying in his house. He responds quickly and fixes what's needed. The only thing I have to postpone on my stay was that it wasn't clear from the listing that there was an external annex with 2 beds. This annex should be upgraded due to a fairly extensive moisture issue. In addition, unfortunately, 8 persons received ear infection during the first week due to poor water quality in the pool. Overall, though, it was an amazing stay where Gianpiero really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

Thank you Matteo for a wonderful stay. The apartment was everything as described and the morning swim was a perfect way to start the day. The picturesque setting gave us the authentic Italian countryside vacation we were looking for. “Grazie Mille!”

The house had everything that could be needed. It was a 10 minute drive to the sea. It was cooler at night because of its high location. The view and terrace were lovely. We would definitely prefer it again on our next trip to this area. Thanks Franca Arrivederci

The Casale di Laura is by far the best equipped Airbnb we've ever had - and believe me, we travel a lot! Every detail was really thought of, from ear sticks, to toothpaste, shampoo, detergent, bathrobe, dishwasher, oil, welcome cake, water, wine, etc...I could list so much more - every detail was really thought of! The house/property is furnished and laid out with so much love, you can't even describe it in detail. The three of us had a great relaxing holiday with the dog🩷 In the morning, on the walk to the bar for cappuccino and cornetto, there are so many small and larger places to explore, many restaurants - whether in the mountains or by the sea or just by the pool or enjoy the great view from the terrace...🥰 We can only recommend the property, the area and especially the hospitality of Laura & Fam. from the heart...👌🏾 thank you for a wonderful vacation⛱

We stayed at the “Il Selvaggio” apartment for the entire month of August and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment, inside a renovated villa in an enchanting and very evocative setting, is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The house is beautiful, very clean, quiet and with a terrace and a magnificent view. Appliances, mattresses, pillows, bathroom, and furniture are chosen with great taste and functionality. The location also allows you to visit both the south of the Marche and the north of Abruzzo with ease. Supermarkets, ice cream parlors, restaurants are easily accessible. Teresa, her husband and children were very kind: they were very discreet people, but at the same time attentive to our needs and gave us a lot of useful advice. The garden produce was superb: tomatoes and salad with unique flavors. We hope to be able to return in the fall/winter!

We were there for three days - Marco was super nice and lives right next door and was always available for questions. Most beautiful view from the terrace into the Marche - street hardly used - equipment sufficient for 3 days - very sweet cat that the children loved!

Beautiful house, very clean. The environment is quiet. Well placed to discover the Riviera del Conero. The pool is a big plus when it's very hot. It was much appreciated by the children. We recommend this listing

The apartment is really ideally located in Sirolo. To unload the luggage, you can drive up briefly and then park the car (there is an ID for this). After that, you no longer need the car. Restaurants, bars and supermarket are all nearby. You can also walk to the beautiful beaches - but the way back is a bit difficult because it is uphill. The small pool and the outdoor kitchen are unique,

We loved our stay at Lucia's apartment. The amenitites were as described in the listing with accurate photographs and the accommodation was extremely comfortable. The surrounding area had great shops, restuarants, and bars for evening meals and drinks. There is a supermarket 25 meters away from the aparment which was so convenient if you wanted to stay in and cook a meal. We felt very relaxed and at home. It was superb! Lucia was always there to help us if we messaged and the apartment was very easy to find with clear instructions for the use of the apartment, parking, local restuarants, and attractions. We are grateful for Lucia's help and would love to stay again! Thank you Lucia!

Very cozy and clean apartment, with a terrace with priceless views! In the renovated farmhouse there are other apartments and the family also live there, all really very hospitable. Beautiful and very well cared for the entire structure with many plants and flowers, play space for children, cats, bunnies, garden with olive grove.. comfortable area 2 minutes by car from the village, beaches and trails. With young children, the use of the car is a must.

Our stay at Casabella was fantastic! The apartment is nicely furnished, clean, spacious and equipped with every comfort. In the garden you can enjoy, the swimming pool, beautiful view, sunset and the stars. We (family of 4) have made all kinds of excursions. There is plenty to be experienced in the surrounding area beautiful villages and wonderful beaches. Monica is a super host, incredibly hospitable and helpful. We would book this paradise again soon and are already homesick.

Danielle was super friendly and responsive and if you like to cook the kitchen is very well equiped.

If I could give this location a 6/5 I would. We felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as we arrived. Bob was so helpful in all things, every day, to make us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It is very quiet and peaceful but also close to anything you may want to explore. We enjoyed fresh eggs as well as cucumber, zucchini and lettuce from the garden! That was a treat! Bob welcomed us with a bottle of wine from his own vineyard and a bottle of olive oil from his own trees! Such a special touch. I had injured my back in my travels and we lost a day due to the airline but Bob was very sympathetic. He even tried to locate a hot water bottle for my back and eased my concerns by letting me know he had a contact who was a chiropractor. Just the little things that make one feel at ease when so far from home. I can't say enough good things about our amazing stay, despite some really bad luck and an injury, it was wonderful!

The view is the best part of the really sweet airbnb! Pardo and his family were warm and welcoming to my family of 4! You can’t go wrong staying here on any front!

I booked a two-night stay, arriving late Friday night. We had no problem finding the place or checking in. Unfortunately, the next morning we had to leave. But Roberta and Riccardo were very kind and understanding the situation they changed our reservation to allow us to have a refund for the night not used. We really appreciated the gesture. The location is located in a spectacular place, very well cared for and close to the sea. Too bad we couldn't enjoy this beautiful place more, but surely if we are passing through again we will not hesitate to contact them again.

Laura and Francesco and their parents are really friendly people and always ready to help. They respond really quick. The house and the swimming pool are just amazing, it feels like you are in an oasis. All facilities were their and the outside kitchen is amazing. We really recommend this place and would love to come back.

We had a very nice holiday in Andrea's beautiful house. It is a very spacious and bright house equipped with everything we needed. The owner Andrea is a very friendly host who is immediately ready if you have any questions. The hospitality, the huge house, the beautiful view over the hills of the Marken and in the distance the Apennines, a nice private swimming pool (which was cleaned every day by Andrea), the old town of Montecosaro within walking distance, a pizzeria around the corner, a lovely beach 10 minutes away by car, in short this house is highly recommended!

Great place to stay! Absolutely beautiful location, super private and quiet!! I would definitely stay here again and we plan to return soon.
